After a minute, you released him from your grip and scooted away. God, you mentally scolded yourself. Why did you get so close? You thought.

"Thanks Y/N.." He said. You nodded at him, not trusting yourself to speak, because you were afraid you'd say something stupid.

You then stood up from where you were sitting, and grabbed your leftover snacks.

"It's pretty late now, we should probably go." You sighed quietly, and straightened out your clothes.

"Oh um, yeah." Hinata said, seemingly shaking himself out of his thoughts. He grabbed his bag of whatever snacks he had left, and the two of you walked off together.

You arrived at your street. Hinata was still with you because he worried about what would happen if you walked back by yourself, so he insisted on walking you home. You told him it's fine but here you are with him still trailing along.

You walked down your street to your house, and stopped in front of it.

"Well I'm here." You sighed. "Thanks for hanging out with me, that was fun."

"No problem Y/N! Anything's fun with you." He smiled brightly. You gave a small smile back.

You two said your goodbyes and you started walking up to your house door. Then you suddenly ran back to him and gave him a small kiss on the cheek, before running into your house.

Your heart was racing as you stood facing the inside of your house, with your back to the door. You were astonished that you had even had the confidence to do that.

You suddenly felt powerful, as you walked toward your room. You set down your snacks and flopped onto your bed, starting to overthink everything. The whole night.

But one things for sure, you now knew that you liked Hinata Shoyo. But does he like you back?
