chapter 12.

I woke up to see her laying on my arms covered by my jacket and the blankets. Memories from the last night were flying through my head, her soft lips on mine, the way she grabbed my hair between her fingers, my hands going down her body. I felt my skin burning only with the thoughts. I could watch her sleeping for the rest of my life, the way her chest was moving up and down while she was breathing deeply, her innocent features, everything about her was pure perfection.

''Hey'' Claudia said when she opened her eyes, catching me staring at her like some pervert. 

''Good morning beautiful'' I kissed her forehead making her giggle.

''Don't beautiful me you asshole'' she playfully said, kissing my cheek after it. ''We need to find a way out of here'' 

''We could try your phone again, you turned it off to save battery right?''

''Of course'' we got out of the car and searched for a place with good service till we find a spot where we could make calls without the connection go down. I hugged her by her back and rested my head on her shoulder kissing her neck. I could feel the goose bumps appearing on her skin because of my touch, making me smile.

''Jack stop, I'm calling Cameron'' she said laughing a little. Cameron picked the call after one single ring tone, I bet he was going crazy, worried about us. After Claudia assuring him everything was okay she gave him the indications so someone could pick us up.

''You didn't gave me an answer'' I looked at her ''You know... about the date thing'' She sighed.

''I don't know Jack'' she flushed ''Matt asked me out and I thought it was like friends and then I realized it was a real date, I don't want people to think bad things about me...''

''Seriously?'' I rolled my eyes. With all the excuses she could give she picked this one? ''If you don't wanna go out with me then just say it. Just say you don't want anything with me but then stop acting like you do, I'll stop trying'' I spoke, a little bit too loud.

''Don't be a jerk Jack, I just don't want to ruin anything between you and Matt okay?'' She grabbed my arm with such strength that caught me out of guard. ''Do you really think I would kiss you like that if I didn't want anything with you? You seriously need to get over yourself'' She rolled her eyes.

''I'm sorry, I'm insecure as hell when it comes about you.'' She was surprised by my confession.

''Pick me up at six.'' She said before I could even process and not giving me a chance to protest.  A car stopped and we recognized the driver as and we got into it. Now all I had to do was to think about the perfect date for the perfect girl.

It was almost 5:30 and I wasn't sure about what to wear.  Johnson entered the room and started laughing at me because I was in front of the mirror checking up myself endlessly. 

''What?'' I said kinda annoyed.

''You are such a girl G, this girl got you whipped'' He mocked me.

''No she doens't'' I tried to convince him. Or was I trying to convince myself? I finally decided myself into khaki shorts and a blue sleeveless shirt. I fixed my hair, grabbed my watch, my wallet and my phone and sent her a text. 

''I'm ready, what about my beautiful girl?'' I don't know what it was with me about claiming her mine when we weren't even dating. I just felt like it. I unlocked my phone and shoved it into the pocket. I sat on the bed watching a old episode of ''Friends'' and waited for Claudia's reply.
