I was running through the hallway looking everywhere for the room 45. Tears were streaming down my face, panic making my heart race. My legs were weak and fear was taking care of my mind. I couldn't see straight through the tears that were forming in my eyes. All I wanted was to see him, it was all I needed. To make sure he was fine. I finally reached to the room where he was and with my shaky hands I managed to open the door. It was when I saw it.
''NO! PLEASE NO.'' I screamed with my hands over my chest like holding my heart. It felt like it was possible to my heart get out of it. ''DON'T DO THIS TO ME LIAM, PLEASE NO'' I yelled again with my eyes closed when I felt two hands rubbing my arms and making me open my eyes slowly. It was when I realized I was in a shared hotel room, in Nashville.
''It's just a nightmare, shh keep calm, you're safe.'' Mahogany said trying to stop my sobs. She handed me a tissue and pulled me into a embrace. ''Do you want me to call your brother?'' She said pointing to the hotel room phone. I looked to the night stand clock. 4:00 a.m.
''No, I'll be fine. Go back to bed, you need to sleep. I'm sorry for waking you up.'' I was feeling guilty.
''Don't be silly, I'll survive.'' She gave me a tired smile and went back to bed.
I woke up two hours after I finally got to sleep again, around 5:30 a.m. I decided not to wash my hair so I just brushed it and pulled some of the front strings into two simple braids and tied them one to each side. With a huge effort I dressed a pair of ripped black skinny jeans and a peplum white top. I didn't felt like dress up or anything even though we had the conference and meets and greets for all afternoon. I putted some concealer to hide the dark under eye circles, some memories from last nigh. I thought about the nightmare and closed my eyes trying to make it go away. Like I could. I made a thin line of eyeliner in my eyelids and applied some mascara. I picked my grey short Converse and I was ready to go. I waited for Mahogany to finish her morning routine and we headed out of the room to go grab some breakfast. My brother texts me saying they were already on the buffet. Those starving wolves.
''Good morning ladies.'' Nash complimented when we got to the table.
''Sup Nashie?'' I looked at him and smiled. I grabbed some chocolate pancakes to my plate.
''Orange juice?'' Jack asked me. He was smiling at me like last night didn't happened and we just never argued.
''Yes, please...'' I said in a apprehensive tone. He poured the orange liquid into my glass and smiled again. Why was him being so polite? He wans't the nice kid who serves me the breakfast kinda guy so why was him acting like it?
''So how was the romantic date last night Claudia?'' Jc asked trying to piss me off. Well, too late Jc, I was already pissed. I stopped chewing my delicious pancakes.
''It wasn't a date.'' I said looking at him.
''Oh guess Matt didn't scored last night.. Woooh.'' I was even more pissed now. The lack of sleep wasn't helping at all, and JC stupid jokes were taking me to the limits. I opened my mouth to speak. Cameron looked at me like saying ''chill they're just playing.''
''Back of Caylen, you're crossing the limits'' Jack said in a unknown harsh tone and I blushed. I could feel everyone looking at us.
''I was just kidding, you know that man. I'm sorry Claudia, didn't mean to give you a hard time.'' He gave me a smile.
''It's fine, I'm just cranky 'cause I didn't had much of sleep last night, no worries.'' I answered, regretting it seconds before. I didn't had to look up to meet Cameron's eyes on me. I knew him all too well. We got up when we finished our meal and Cameron approached to me.
