Jack's P.O.V.

When she said that she wouldn't come back I felt sick. Even though I was upset because of she been in love with Teddy and giving me hopes I was stupid enough to still want her in my life, as my girl or as just friends. The only thing I was really sure was that I couldn't afford to don't see her beautiful smile again. 

''Fine, I'm going.'' I got up and the blonde girl, Natalie I guess, tried to pull me down again but I snapped her hand. When we reached to the place where I parked the car Claudia asked for the keys.

''You're not driving.'' Against my will I sat in the passenger seat while she ignited the car. She was so quite and that was bothering me, not because we weren't talking but because she wasn't saying any shit and I was getting scared. I was expecting her to yell with me, make a scene, even slapping me on the face but here she was, emotionless. I guess I really fucked things up this time. We had our not good moments and she's been handling really well my shitty behavior and my awful mood, she never let things go too out of control and I think I only got drunk so she would come after me and show me how stupid I was being. That's why I did all this, to have her by my side, because I knew she wouldn't drop it.

''Won't you say anything?'' I finally spoke. She kept her eyes on the dark road. I looked to the hours in the dashboard, 8:39 p.m. ''Can we please talk? I don't even know why this all started, we were doing well...'' Lie, this all started because you're a jealously ass, my subconscious add. I wasn't jealous, please. I'm Jack Gilinsky. 

''What the hell do you want me to say Jack?'' She spoke calmly, after what seemed like a lifetime. ''How humiliated you made me feel? How stupid of you was to put your place in Magcon in risk getting drunk of your ass? How selfish of you it was for putting JJ in the same position? How stupid I am for coming after you to just find you in the middle of girls having fun? How tired of you walking back and forth in my life, playing with me?'' She clenched her fists against the wheel and I almost thought she was going to lose it. She was so right, and she scared me, not only because of what she said but because of the way she talked, calmly and without looking at me once. She was being cold and I deserved it. ''I'm so tired Jack.'' she whispered and I felt something on my throat, like a knot. 

''I know I'm sorry.'' I tried to touch her leg but she moved away as much as she could. I looked over the window, we were almost at the hotel so I decided to talk while we were still alone. ''You know what's the worst?'' I asked but I didn't got answer so I decided to go on ''I really tried to be good to you, to be what you deserve but I'm not good enough'' I sighed. 

''Don't even try to come with the ''not good enough'' crap on me Gilinsky.'' she said angrily, at least she was showing some kind of emotions now. When we arrived to the hotel we spotted a bunch of paparazzi waiting for us, great. My eyes were bloodshot red and I looked like someone who spent the night in the street. Amazing timing to get fucking drunk Jack, I was so fucked up. ''Shit.'' Claudia said, she saw and thought the same as me. When the cameras were about to start flashing through the window, she turned the car and went in the opposite direction of the hotel.

''What are you doing?'' I asked confused.

''Saving your ass.'' She answered like it was obvious or something. ''Again.'' She stated making me smirk while looking at her. She looked flawless under the city's lights, she was so beautiful. I keep repeating to myself that I should stay away but I can't. I always go back to her even when I try not to.
