"Absolutely not," Tony said wide-eyed as I walked out in a cropped top and jeans "oh come on its not even that bad," I said smoothing out jeans. "You're missing half your shirt," he said pointing at my stomach.
"Its a style, what do you want me to wear a trash bag?" I asked crossing my arms "Yes" he said perfectly serious.
"Dad I'm 16 now and can make my own decisions" I argued, "you can't baby me forever" I added and he frowned looking like a lost puppy "why not," he said. I understood his perspective now, he didn't like me growing up so fast.
"I'll change," I said defeated and his face lit up again.
