"Hi" Nat heard on the phone except it wasn't the voice she was expecting announcing her part of the mission was over, it was a mans voice, Nat stopped walking, listening and hearing thumps and yells in the background.
"She's dead," the man said and Nat composed herself "I don't think so," Nat said, the man chuckled as he changed the call to a face time. Nat stared at the screen poker face on as she saw me battered, bruised and bleeding on a chair.
"Oh go fuck yourself," she said grimly. The man laughed again as he hung up the phone throwing it to the man who was holding my chair down. I took this as my opportunity and done what I knew best. Beat the living crap out of them. Excited to make my way back to Nat.
