Violet's POV
"Hey Violet, how's my favorite worker?" asked my manager, Jim.

"You know, same old, same old" I replied with little to no interest.

"We have a meeting in 5, so meet me and the team in the Executive Conference Room. We need to talk about our new project on making a stimulation program on how to fly a plane"

"Alright, will do. See you in 5", I said with a dull expression.

It's Monday, and I didn't want it starting off with a stupid meeting. I hate Mondays......

       Meanwhile, during lunch break

I went to fetch my car to grab a bite of lunch. I drove to Taco Bell, and entered the fast food restaurant.

"Hi, welcome to Taco Bell. What would you like to eat?", questioned the worker.

"I'd like the Deal D with a sweet tea and a side of fiesta potatoes."

          After retrieving the food

Sitting down, I looked up to see a familiar face from the band Coldplay. By the way, Coldplay is one of my favorite bands, and I've been dying to meet them for my entire life.

"Hi, I'm Chris. Would you care if I joined?"

"No, go right ahead", I replied as my entire body shook with nervousness.

Chris Martin's POV

Every other table was full, so that's why I decided to join this beautiful lady. Plus, she looked lonely, and I can imagine a relationship with her. I know that it sounds like nonsense but ever heard of love at first sight? Hold on, I forgot to ask her name.

"Excuse me ma'am, but what is your name?" I gave the smile that guys like me do to impress women.

        "Violet" she said, blushing.

        Yes, I wooed her already.

Before I could say anything else though, she asked me the typical question any Coldplayer would ask,

"Why would you want to sit by me? I'm a nobody. I mean look at you; you're one of the most popular singer/songwriters in the world, and I'm just a boring software engineer at a stupid company. By the way, what are you doing here in Denver, Colorado?" Violet asked with a confused look on her face.

"Well, for one, I chose to sit with you because you are the most prettiest girl that I've ever seen. The reason why I'm here in Denver, is that I have an upcoming show in a few days", I said intentiously to impress her yet again.

"Oh, um, thanks I guess. So is this one of your last gigs for the tour that you're currently on?", Violet asked.

"Yep, about. Here." I got out an extra ticket for the show Friday that I snitched from my manager, Phil Harvey. Sometimes, I steal tickets from him to give to lucky people I find in the street. I mean, it's for a good cause, because it makes people's lives happier, most of the time.

Violet's POV
I lost my ability to speak. I didn't know what to say. I was just having a normal conversation with Chris Martin, and now he's giving me a ticket to a concert? This must be a dream come true.

"Oh my gosh, thank you!", I said with complete joy. Yet, I lost the control of my muscles, and before I knew it, I was hugging Chris. And surprisingly, he hugged me back. After a minute, we released our grasp with each other and started smiling awkwardly.

Since it was awkward for us both, we then just began eating our food.

         After finishing their food

"I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date with me tomorrow night?" Chris asked.

"Sure, I'd love to"I said, blushing yet again. I then gave him my phone number and my address.

"Great. Well, see ya tomorrow" he said.

"See ya" I replied with unision. The next thing I knew, he was out the door.
