Hey guys. Sorry that I haven't updated in like two months so hopefully I can be more active than that. School is out in like two weeks, so I'll be able to update more once school comes to a close. This chapter might be boring for I put way too much detail, and I'm sorry about that.

Violet's POV

As we left the restaurant, Chris reached for my hand and I grabbed it. Right after I reached for it, I heard someone shout 'Hey guys!' in the distance. Both Chris and I heard it so we swung ourselves around to the direction of the voice and the physicality of the voice was Ryan Tedder. He was parked in the parking lot and I assume he was about to eat here. Too bad we already ate.

Ryan came walking toward us and he shook hands with Chris.

"Hey man, how have you guys been doing?" Ryan asked.

"We're doing alright. How about yourself?" Chris asked with a questionably look.

"I'm doing good, but you know, I live that single life so I've been pretty lonely lately." Ryan said with a smirk. He continued with, "I was wondering if later on today you can meet me at my place and we could have a party. You guys can invite your friends if you want, and Chris, your band if you'd like. So what do you say, yay or nay?" He asked.

Chris thought about it for a sec, and after he came up with his decision, he said "Sure, that'll be fun. But just as a safety hazard, please no alcoholic beverages. I'm trying to be sober this week for myself and the band have a concert to propose to in a couple of days."

        "Alright, that'll be fine."

After that, we arranged plans to meet at Ryan's house at 5 o'clock this evening which leaves from now to 5 the day of just Chris and I.

I literally just remembered that I never left a message to my parents that I stayed in a hotel last night with Chris. They must be worried sick of where the heck I am. I told Chris that I was going to call my grandparents as we entered the limo. I then dialed the number to my parent's house phone, and waited for one of them to answer. After about 2 rings, my mother picked up.

       Phone call;

Mother-Hello, Violet, are you alright? You didn't come home last night and your father and I were worried sick about you. What happened?

Violet-I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I forgot to leave you a message. You might want to sit down for it might be devastating to hear of what I'm about to say.

       Mother sits down

Mother-Ok, I have sat down, what is it?

Violet-Well, um last night on the date with Chris at Olive Garden, a couple of burglars came and they were taking over the restaurant. So Chris and I hid underneath our table but he unexpectedly came out and stood up for someone who was almost going to be killed. And you're not going to believe this, but Ryan Tedder came into Olive Garden and killed them by grabbing one of the burglars guns. It was really heroic for both of them to do that. I didn't know how brave singers from bands could really be. But don't worry, Chris and I are fine and in perfect condition. No one got shot except the burglars. Plus, Chris and I are friends with Ryan now and we're going to a party tonight that he's hosting. How cool is this? Well, besides the restaurant part.

It took a few minutes for grandmother to answer, but after a few minutes, she finally did.

Mother-Well I'm glad that you're alright. And I'm guessing you stayed somewhere with Chris last night and that's perfectly fine. I'll spread this information to your father just so he know what's going on too. Ok, well I'll see you later.

       Violet-Alright, bye

       Mother-Bye

Back to Violet's POV

I hung up with my mother and I realized that we just arrived at the Bakery  which is apparently Coldplay's studio. Chris asked me if everything was ok with the state of my parents, and I told that everything was back to normal. Well, it will be after my mother tells my dad. As of that, we exited the limo and headed into the studio.
