Prologue

"Aunty didn't expect you'd come back. But it's really nice to see you." Hyunjin's mother softly utters to whoever guest visiting their house way too early in the morning.

Hyunjin looks annoyed. Who won't, though? It's 10 am in a freaking Sunday. He wants to sleep some more on the last day of his holiday. But his mother really needed to knock on his door loudly that morning that even if he wants to go back to sleep, he just can't. He is already wide awake.

"Your house has been empty for years, so when I saw some trucks around the house two weeks ago, I thought you finally sold the house, Minho-ya."

When Hyunjin hears the word "empty house" and "Minho". He short-circuits. His body instinctively goes back to his messy bedroom.

He brushes his teeth and washes his face quickly before finding fresh outfits to wear.

He doesn't forget to spray some cologne onto his shirt and check out his face, making sure he looks at least presentable to meet his first love.

Meanwhile in the living room, Hyunjin's mother asks, "and who is this young man?"

"I'm Lee Felix." The Aussie boy introduces himself shyly after being told by Minho to do so.

"He wants to know South Korea, so I thought why not?" Minho chuckles. "Maybe I can introduce him to Hyunjin. Felix is around his age."

The mother is about to yell her son name again but the said boy abruptly shows up.

"Aigoo you startled me!" His mother chuckles. "You remember Minho, right? You were always following him with Jisungie when you were still kids." The old lady warmly laughs while recalling some past memories.

Hyunjin pays no mind, though. His attention is fully on Minho.
