"If you didn't ask me, I planned to ditch the dance event."

"Because you didn't have a partner?"

Jisung nods. "And I didn't want to see you surrounded by girls again." Then pouts, angrily pouts, but looks even cuter that way.

They're currently getting ready for school, have already been in their uniform. But Jisung stops tying his necktie due to the sudden annoyance.

"I promise we won't be disturbed by those girls tonight, because I have a plan for us." Hyunjin reassures, approaching the smaller boy and starting to knot his necktie.

"What do you mean?" He blushes, yet he successfully maintains his composure despite the proximity.

"Secret~"

"Noooooooo I hate secret!! Tell me now or I'll keep bugging you all day!"

"... That actually sounds perfect."

Scrunching his nose, the younger replied, "I won't come with you tonight then."

"Oh come on~ don't be a stubborn squirrel~ at least not today, just believe in me and my plan. Can you do that for me, hm?"

Honestly? With arms wrap around Jisung's waist, body slightly presses against each other, and not to mention the taller's puppy eyes; how Hyunjin expects him to properly function?

"Hello~ earth to Jisung~"

Still no response.

"Is that my cue to kiss you?"

At that, Jisung peels himself from the older, letting out an adorable shrieking sound.

"Ouch.. does that mean you don't want my kiss?"

"... I'll give you one if you tell me your plan."

Hyunjin chuckles, feeling amused with the sudden offer. Closing the distance between them, he shuts his eyes, pursing his lips playfully. He just knew the younger was probably bluffing just now.

But then he feels a brief short peck on the lips seconds later.

"That wasn't a kiss~"

"Be g-grateful and tell me!"

Another chuckle escapes Hyunjin's mouth. Looking at the whiny boy in front of him, he eventually decides to tell him the plan.

"I plan to make a little surprise for you on the rooftop. Just us, dancing with our own music. Some food inside a tent and a blanket if it's getting too cold. Don't forget about the fireworks too. We have our own spot to watch that." He grins. "I actually want to decorate the place with fairy light too, but I'm afraid someone might see it. So.. what do you think about my plan so far?"

"That sounds so romantic." He sheepishly admits. "Have you prepared all of it?"

"It's something simple. I can do it during lunch today."

Biting his lower lip, Jisung says. "Can you not do it?"

"Huh??" Nervous look evidently shows on the taller's face.

"I'm not saying I don't like the idea. I love it, like a lot."

"Then why??"

"Just say I don't need fancy romantic shit and ummm.." He gulps. "Let's be boyfriends here. Right now. At this second." Then looks at his tiny feet, too embarrassed to spare even a quick glance to the other after the sudden confession.

"Are you serious? Damn wait.. did you just ask me out??"

"Mm."

"Okay. I'm all yours then." Hyunjin smiles, pulling his lover into a hug.

"Am all yours too."

"Then can I have my kiss now?"

"Oh look! We're late!" Jisung playfully dodges his promise and steps outside his room, leaving his dumbfounded boyfriend alone.

In all honesty, he loves the plan, a lot. But then again, dancing with Hyunjin with thousands eyes witnessing them together sounds a perfect plan to claim someone if he must say.
