Fallon ran through the forest ignoring the tingling and overwhelming sensation to release the magic she was absorbing. In the distance she could hear a burn one screeching, that must be where Bloom, and Aisha were.
Fallon fastened her pace until she was near a small ditch. She Bloom use her powers and have the fire trail through the ditch right at the burned on. Even the the Burned one was on fire it continued to run towards Bloom.
Before the burned one could hurt Bloom, Aisha uses her magic to emit a large wave of water, pushing it farther away from Bloom.
However, the Burned One didn't stay on the ground for too long. It ran again, then jumped up to slash the two first years.
"Aisha look out." Bloom called out. Before the Burned one could lay its sharp claws on them Fallon released the large amount of shadows that she had absorbed.
The shadows formed what could have been compared to like an arm of an octopus just without the suckers. They wrapped around the burned one, right as it was inches away from Bloom, and Aisha.
They tightened around the Burned One's abdomen, before throwing it at a fallen tree. The Burned one flew in the air towards the tree, before getting impaled by one of the tree's branches.
The burned one stood their lifeless as the tree branch was impaled, where Fallon believed its heart was. Bloom and Aisha, took multiple breaths as they stared at the dead Burned One.
"Are you two alright?" Fallon asked, as she went down into the ditch with the two girls.
"Yeah, we're alright." Aisha said, while Bloom still looked rather shocked.
Bloom snapped out of her shocked state and walked over to the Burned One.
"Is it—" Aisha began to say before Bloom interrupted. Fallon could hear the Burned one sizzling, as the fires went out.
"I think so. Fallon threw it pretty hard." She said as they all got closer.
"And, I'll admit, you had more control than I thought you would." Aisha complimented Bloom, hmm that was a first.
"Is that a compliment? Are you complementing me right now?"
"Let's just get Stella's ring." Aisha dismissed.
"Where is it?" Fallon questioned as they, observed the lifeless corpse of the Burned One in front of them.
"I think it's right there. I think it stuck it inside itself what the..." The girls looked closer and there it was, Stella's stupid heirloom ring.
"So you're gonna—" Bloom started saying looking at Aisha.
"Me? No. I did my part. did you forget? Water cannon?" Aisha asked.
