Julie's POV:

I knocked on his door at 7 PM that night, so I can give him time to run his errands and freshen up. He opened the door instantly revealing his extravagant smile along with the rest of his face. I can smell his fresh scent of mild lavender and some musky scent. His hair was slightly wet, and his cheeks and nose were pink from the hot shower. He wore white cotton shirt paired with sweatpants that enhanced his narrow waist and strong arms.

He opened the door wider to let me into his house. The inside of his house was magnificent. His living room was modern with gray and white walls. There was a big TV on the gray along with a gray sofa to enhance the beauty of the room. I slowly said as I take in all the surroundings, "Your house is beautiful."

"Thank you, but all the credit really goes to the designer except for the TV," while he winked back to me.

"Do you want anything to drink? I have water, soda, and juice," he politely asked me.

I respond back "No thanks. I just ate so I am not that hungry. But I will definitely tell you if I am hungry or thirsty because I have no shame with food."

He has an amused glint in his eyes with a small smile on his face. He directed me towards his bedroom so I could help him pack. His room was the epitome of a dream room. There was a wall-length window on one side overlooking the massive garden behind the garden. A king bed was located towards one side of the wall so you can see the view when you turn to one side on the bed. A closet door was located off to one side which led to his closet, I'm assuming.

All of his walls were painted with a light blue shade with photographs, trophies and other achievements attached all over the room. "It is amazing in your room. I can't believe you live here," I mumbled unintentionally.

"Yeah, you are." He said quietly. I wasn't sure if I heard him right, so I turned to look at him. His eyes held an unidentifiable emotion and with the words he just said, it confused me. I asked him, "Why are you looking at me like that?"

He replied, "You just look beautiful."

Usually I don't blush when someone gives me a compliment, but him giving me a compliment was unexpected. I duck my head hoping my hair would be able to cover my pink cheeks. I felt something within me. It felt different and I liked it.

I cleared my throat to help direct us back to the matter at hand, packing. "So you just want to stand here all day or actually get packing done?"

He replied, "alright alright!" while raising both hands in surrender. "My closet is this way."

It was the best closet I have seen. Usually guys have their clothes all over the place in their closet or messily on their bed. But he didn't have anything out of place. On one side was his formal shirts organized in ascending color. Under the shirts was a cherry oak dresser with 6 drawers. Since i didn't want to seem intrusive, I didn't look in the drawers.IThe other side of the closet had a shoe rack with multiple different shoes, like loafers, sandals, sneakers in multiple colors, and Oxfords in black and tan.

"Very impressive closet!"

He replied, "thanks! I try to keep it clean especially if i'm having guests over."

"So what all help do you need with packing?"

He had a bashful expression when he replied, "everything." He pointed to the empty suitcase with some clothes thrown on top of it.

Cracking my knuckles "alright, let's get started. Let's start with the wedding. What were you planning to wear?"

"I was going to take slacks since I don't have any indian wear with me. I will probably go shopping over there to buy clothes for the wedding."

"Ok. what about the other days?"

"We can just do jeans and some shirts," he replied while shrugging his shoulders.
