As me and Matthew were walking down the drive way Matthew smiles at me with a wink.

We went to get fro-yo we ordered the usual and sat down
"So can we re schedule the date " I heard a soft whisper
"Yeah" I said while wiping my tears

"Well my mom had a affair with my dad and they got a divorce and left idk where she is so i forgot about her since she left my dad would drink everyday and now is a alcoholic he abuse me right before you came over he slapped me I have never had sleepovers at my house because one time he kicked me endlessly in the garage and told my friends to leave I forgot about him too I just get out whenever I can and shop or other stuff..."

As I buried my head in his chest he spoke

"I'll keep you safe , no one will ever hurt you "

He laughed and took my hand and we walked out

We drove to my house and i tried to open the door but it was locked and I forgot my key I hesitantly knocked
