"Supervisor Adams, what is your proposed action?" Ken looked up, eyes narrowed at Director Wilson with an unease he disguised as stiffness.

"My intent, as is in regulation with Project Blackwing's aims, is to bring in the anomalous subjects scattered around the world." He replied, somewhat icily, testing if it was a trick question.

"No, not the programme's intent. Your intent. We have Marzanna contained, but there are many more subjects still out there, waiting to be brought in." Her eyes flicked scathingly to Mr Priest, who was practically bristling with excitement at the thought. Ken thought for a moment.

"We have a permanent research instillation in the Cardeneas house, investigating both the pocket dimension and portal to Wendimoore. The portal itself has been impenetrable, presumed to be sealed by Moloch's return. I suggest we find a way to breach this." He paused, conscious what he said could decide the fate of his career.

"Go on." Wilson gestured with her wrist vaguely.

"From there, we can contain Moloch, not without caution, as we will be in his domain, and we can use his phenomenon to help create a more secure facility to house our future guests." He took a deep breath.

"And how do you suppose we bring him in from, as you say, his own domain?" The ginger official arched a perfectly sculpted eyebrow.

"I believe Mr Priest will have some ideas."

"Oh, I do." The mildly unhinged tracker cautiously traced the outline of his face splitting scar with a psychotic grin. He had a certain bone to pick with the pink haired man that had left him so disfigured.

"What then? We have a secure location, and then what?" It seemed she was coming round to his way of thinking.

"Icarus is the key to this whole operation. Riggins documentation from the 90s proves this. He is the catalyst. He needs to be contained." Supervisor Adams spoke forcefully, punctuating the importance of his point. "But he has to come to us willingly. We cannot just steal him away in the night."

"And how do you propose you do that?" It was the final question, sparking the final part of Ken's plan. With this executed, everything would fall into place.

"We need to get something he wants. Something he'd do anything to get back." The man in the crisp suit began.

"I think I know exactly where you're going with this one." Priest laughed, the sound echoing off the white walls like an orchestra.

"We need Project Cain." The dark skinned man stated. "She doesn't know the extent of her abilities anyhow. We do. Regardless, she is a valuable asset to us."

No one had payed the blonde woman in the corner any attention until now. She raised her head slightly, emotions unreadable. She paused for a second, face splitting into an undeniable smirk.

"Oh I believe I have some experience with her." The agent began to laugh. She had been waiting for the day to get back in the game once again for too long.

And it was going to be fun.
