Today is the day Vinnie meets my parents. I'm not worried , I know they will love Vinnie and even if maybe they won't be that happy about him they won't have a problem with him , me being happy is the most important thing to them Right now we are on the plane. I'm on the seat near the window and Vinnie is near me My head is resting on his chest while is arm is wrapped around me I raise my head looking at him and I look at him smiling and he sends me a nervous smile I know he's nervous and stressed and a lot of thoughts go through his head and I understand him , I would feel the same « C'mon baby it's gonna be ok » I say after I put a strand of his golden hair behind his ear and he sits more comfortable on the chair and sighs « Probably, but I'm still nervous » he says and I reach his hand to hold it and slightly brush my thumb on it bringing it closer to my chest « I know , just relax, you make we happy and if I'm happy then they are happy too »i try to comfort him « I love you » I say « I love you too angel » he says kissing my head and soon I feel asleep but not before Vinnie puts his chin on my head
We arrive in my native city and we called an uber to my house Vinnie's anxious so I grab his hand again and wrap my hand around his back while we wait for the car to arrive
« Thank you, have a nice day » We say after we leave the car that left us right in front of my house

Nah, here we are , we just arrived and I'm so nervous what if they don't think I'm good enough for her daughter, what if they don't like that I have tattoos, what if they don't like that I have piercings or that I paint my nails or i don't know , the only think bringing me back to reality is Y/n squeezing my arm from time to time while we walk to the front door. I look down to her and see her smiling , thing that relaxes me a little bit Soon a really beautiful woman opens the door « Hey guys , come in » she says « Hey , you must be Vinnie , right? I'm Y/m/n , nice to meet you» (you moms name) « Yes , nice to meet you too » I respond and she pulls me in a hug « Oh hey Vinnie , I'm y/b/n » (you brothers name , if u don't have one then now u do) « Hey y/b/n , nice to meet you » I respond shaking his hand « I'm gonna tape her mouth , she never stops talking about you » he tells me and we all chuckle « Dummy » Y/n responds and she playfully rolls her eyes « Where's dad? » she asks « He'll come soon. Why don't you go upstairs and put your bags there , eventually change in something comfy and then come to eat dinner? » her mom says « Ok mom » she says and we pick our bags going upstairs to Y/n's old room
«Your mom is so sweet » I say and she starts to laugh « Yea , u don't wanna know » she jokes she takes her jeans off and he puts on a pair of sweatpants, me doing the same « Are you more relaxed now » she asks while holding both of my hands « Kind of » I say and he stays on her tippy toes to kiss my lips
We then go downstairs and head to the kitchen « Oh hey Vinnie » Y/n's dad says « Hi mr Y/l/n » I respond politely « How was the flight, are you guys tired » he asks « Not really , I mean I slept on the plane » Y/n responds and we giggle « I bet you guys are hungry , food will be finished in a lil bit » Y/n's mom says « Don't worry mrs Y/l/n » I respond « So you both live in the Hype House now » her dad says « Yes » Y/n responds « It's so beautiful there , people are so kind and fun , I'm happy that I meet them , especially Vinnie » she continues and I see her parents smile and I smile too st the last part , putting my hand on her thigh and she puts her small hand on top of mine « I heard you played baseball in high school » her dads say and I nod in response « Oh and he's really good at it » Y/n say and I giggle « I love baseball, I used to play in high school too » he says « Really? » I say and he nods « We should play one day » he suggests « Yea , totally » I respond excited I relaxed more , they seem to like me « Ok here is your food kids » her mom says « Thank you » I say « Where is Y/b/n? » she asks « I think he's upstairs » Y/n says « I can go to tell him dinner is ready » I say while getting up from the chair « Thank you Vinnie » she says « No problem » I say and go upstairs to get him I knock on his door « Yes? » he responds « Dinner is ready » I say « Coming » he says and he leaves the room « Thanks oh and I was serious , Y/n talks a lot about you , you probably make her really happy » he says and I just cant stop to think about the fact that she talk a lot about me « She makes me happy too » I say and he smiles
After we ate dinner, we talked and laughed a lot Y/n's parents told me stories since she was a kid , she was embarrassed but I found it cute My arm was wrapped around her shoulder « We'll go upstairs, I'm pretty tired to be honest » Y/n says « Ok , kids , sleep well » her mom says « Thank you , good night » « Good night » me and Y/n tell them and we go to her room
I lay on my back on the bed and I sigh in relief « I told you it's gonna be ok » She says smiling « Ok , but it's ok , like » I say but she cuts me off « Yea , yea , my mom is so sweet and my dad never offers to play baseball with people he just meet unless he actually likes that person » « They actually love you » she says cupping my face and I smile « I love you so much » I tell her and she starts to blush « I love you more » she says kissing my lips before I can deny , telling her that's impossible
