Lila pushed ladybug to the ground and kicked her

I heard her say as I ran as fast as I could to my lady. I shoved Lila forcing her away and she ran. I fell to my knees when I saw her. This person I've loved with all my heart that made me happy and feel free on my worst days laying here with cuts and bruises everywhere. I cried as I picked up my unconscious lady and extended my staff to my house and laid her down on my couch. I held her and cried, I needed a medic here but before I looked at my comfort person and brushed her hair back with my hand and saw my tear land on her face. She was about to detransform and no one could know who she was not even me but her life is far more important. I held my lady one more time as I felt her leather turn into cotton. She was a civilian. I sat up as I saw the most unexpected. I saw the girl I fell in love with as Adrien and chat I saw the girl that made me want to take risks and change my life for the best, i saw Marinette. All I wanted to do is protect Marinette. I looked at the bruised girl who had cuts on her, my girl, my princess, milady and I realized I couldn't protect her, I didn't protect her, this is my fault.
I took Marinette to the ER and made up some lame excuse for what happened. I saw her laying on the hospital bed, broken bones, bruises, it should have been me but instead I got a broken heart.
