Wooyoung was laying down on his bed, playing with his boyfriend's hair as he was simultaneously on his phone. He was scrolling on the device, seeing if there were any funny videos or episodes of failed marriages he needed to catch up on on 90-Day Fiancé; it was truly a guilty pleasure of his. San had his head on his stomach, scrolling through his phone as well.

Wooyoung had came across a new episode he hadn't seen yet, and decided to enjoy. He was a few minutes into it, the introductions of the people already passing, when he felt his hoody being lifted, gentle kisses being placed on his stomach. Setting his phone down next to him, he looked up to see the other male doing exactly what he felt.

"What are you up to Sannie, hm?" Wooyoung asked with a slight giggle, playing in the other man's hair.

San smiled through the small kisses, not looking up.

"I swear if I could put a baby in here, I would" he said, continuing to kiss the smaller's stomach.

"Try to keep your unholy thoughts contained sir" Wooyoung chuckled out.

San just hummed, lifting Wooyoung's hoody, well, his hoody, even more. He kept peppering the other's belly with love, Wooyoung laid back and enjoying the feeling. At least, that was until he felt San touching a spot he didn't want him to touch. The brown haired male quickly jerked his stomach away from San's feel, looking at him in discomfort.

"D-Don't touch there please" Wooyoung mumbled to the other man in a small voice.

San looked at Wooyoung apologetically, knowing exactly what he was talking about.

"I know baby, I'm sorry" San uttered back.

They both stared down at the area, where a scar was imprinted on the younger's lower right side of his stomach; the scar that reminded Wooyoung of his horrible past.

Wooyoung was once in an abusive relationship some time ago. It didn't start off like that though, it was initially filled with love and passion, before it turned sour and his ex changed into an obsessive control freak. Wooyoung wondered if the man had really 'turned' that way, or if he was always like that and was just waiting until he gained Wooyoung's trust to just snap. It didn't matter anyways, all he knew was that that demon made his life a living hell.

He would cause Wooyoung so much torment, like punching and slapping him in the face whenever Wooyoung would ask something so simple, kicking him in the stomach when Wooyoung was supposedly being 'disobedient', and the scar he had left behind; more so, scars. The one on his stomach was a series of scars that man had left. He would slice deep into the skin, to remind Wooyoung that nobody could love him as much as he did. For some time, Wooyoung would actually believe the words to be truthful. Every time the marking would heal itself, his ex would cut into it all over again. Wooyoung wanted to get out of that situation so bad, and one day, he had finally had enough and couldn't take it anymore. He had finally saw that he was worth more than the treatment he was getting, and decided to escape. It wasn't easy, his ex wasn't easy, but he made his way out with the support of the few friends he had, really, the few friends he was 'allowed' to have.

Wooyoung had to attend three years worth of therapy sessions and was put on medication for PTSD. It was a long road ahead of himself, and he knew it wasn't going to be easy, but he ultimately got better, and began to feel like himself again; slowly but surely.

One day, he was at a coffee shop, stopping there as he was just strolling about. That was the same place he had met the love of his life, San. Of course, he didn't know it at the time; he honestly thought it was just another guy looking to take advantage of him. Wooyoung understandably had many trust issues, but San managed to persuade him to have a sit down in the coffee shop, enjoying some pastries as well. They ended up hitting it off quite well, them scratching the surface of basic info such as how old they were, what they did for a living. That's when Wooyoung found out that San was a tattoo artist, and that immediately peaked his interest. Where they lived, it was pretty risky to be a tattoo artist, and the other knew that he could get in trouble for it, but he didn't care. They started getting to know each other more and more, granted, it took Wooyoung some time to trust the other. But San was always patient with him, showing him care and effort, showing Woo what he truly deserved.
