3rd person POV;
The day was peaceful in the capital town of Ains Ooal Gown's Empire. The main town was quaint and grand at the same time, simplistic in nature but clearly boasting their wealth. The streets were pristine, with groups of guards comprising of undead keeping a tight patrol and dragons flying peacefully overhead, casting long shadows as they went about.

The residents in the main capital were far from human. The capital contained mainly beastmen, sentient undead summons and a few dragons that Ains had picked up along his way towards World Domination. All of the dragon summons still lived in Nazarick or in the castle where Ains was currently residing in for the time being.

Beings of all variety milled about the capital doing their daily routine, peacefully, life carried out its course in the rather unusual capital. Slowly, the day bled into the night and the moon and stars chased the sun out of the sky to play.

Two lean silhouettes leaped across the tall roofs, bounding from one to another at high speeds. One blink, and that's all you would need to miss them, as if they were never even there to begin with. Dressed in pitch black garbs, their clothing wrapped around their forms tightly, displaying nothing but the symbol of Humanity on their bicep.

They braced themselves against the exterior wall of the castle, balancing off of a tiny ledge, and slowly shuffling their way across to an open window. One after the other, they swiftly vaulted over the wall and through the window, landing on the balls of their feet with silent grace.

They righted themselves and took a look around them, scanning their surroundings for any servants or guards that could give them away. Quieting his breath, one of them perked his ears to listening out for any incoming footsteps while the other slowly crept around the room that they landed in.

As she crept around, crouching down close to the ground, her eyes traveled along the floor to take in a sea of flower petals. She absentmindedly picked one up and rubbed it between her gloved fingertips, before discarding it aside and turning her gaze forward.

All she could smell was flowers and in the dimly lit room, that was all she could see as well. From ceiling to floor, mounds upon mounds of blood red, black and white flowers covered the walls, creating some form of a narrowed walkway down towards the back of the long room.

Other than flowers, there were purple, red and golden silks cascading down from the ceiling and spilling over the flowers and the floor. The lights that shone through the silks painted the room with a grand yet macabre atmosphere. She had never seen these kinds of fine silks before, even between the gloved fingers, she knew they were of the finest quality she has ever chanced upon.

Neither has she seen these kind of light before, an everlasting floating ball of blue flame that, although tiny, managed to light up the room. A single one floating centred at the top of the room, just below the intricately carved ceiling, served in proving its might.
