Jircniv's POV;
My hands trembled in anger as I undid the neatly folded note that was handed to me shortly after I had burst through the double doors into the small courtyard. The Sleipnir nickered softly as my eyes skimmed the neatly written lettering, the note was barely illuminated and almost undecipherable in the low lighting that the moon offered, but I couldn't care less. The warmth from the torches did little to the cold light from the moon that bathed the courtyard in its frigid glare, washing over me and piercing me deep to my very core. My hands increasing shook and trembled as my eyes tore through the contents of the short letter for the third time again, they are never going to take her. Not before I tell her what has been on my mind for the past few weeks.The men who had followed me down to the courtyard lined up neatly behind me, they nervously shifted on the spot as they watchfully eyed me begin to tremble. My shoulders began to shake from the anger that spilled over, I slowly lifted my crimson gaze from the paper to peer into the face of the frightened soldier in front of me. The hand of his that held the reigns of the Sleipnir I had gifted to Kia began to loose its strength, it failed to keep itself up and limply fell to the man's side. I only narrowed my eyes at him in response before turning my back on him to head back to my room to think and formulate a plan for the next best course of action.
I could hear the man behind me collapsing to his knees as I barked out orders for all the Imperial Knights to report to me first thing in the morning and for all soldiers to prepare themselves.

Drakiania's POV;
I stepped out of the portal behind Ains, Albedo and Demiurge trailed not too far behind me. We had landed on the front steps of the Tomb, the cold crumbling stone that served at as the doorway and floor for the entrance was a familiar and welcoming sight. Moss crept up the sides and made their home in the cracks of the floor. The waning moon bathed the landscape in a sea of cold blue, casting a dim glow across the familiar place I called home.Lined up in front of the yawning doorway into the first floor of the Tomb were the guardians, behind them were the Pleiades. "Welcome home, Lady Drakiania and Lord Ains!" In a uniform chorus, they dropped onto one knee and bowed in front of us, the two guardians accompanying us did the same as me and Ains' sides. I could feel the small smile on my lips begin to crack open wider, I looked up at Ains and nodded. His eyes flashed that familiar red and he responded with a nod too before turning back to the our servants and lifting his hand, allowing them to lift their heads. With that, the other guardian and Pleiades remained on one knee in front of us and Demiurge and Albedo both got our from our sides and stood directly in front of us, in front of the other guardians. Both of them wore their usual content expressions on their faces, Demiurge smirked and allowed his tail to sway behind contentedly as Albedo bore her gentle but deadly smile. She took a shallow breath before bringing her right hand up to rest on top of her chest, "All preparations for your return has been completed My Lady, please allow the Pleiades to escort you back to your room for your preparations." Her smile stretched as she side stepped and stretched her left hand our to gesture towards the entrance of the Tomb and the approaching Pleiades.
I quirked a brow, glancing up at Ains who stood beside me silent. Albedo noticed my hesitation and followed my line of vision to land on Ains, her wings quivered before she clasped her hands together in front of her chest and bent towards my eye level. "Of course Lord Ains will not be left out," she drew in a shaky breath before taking fervent small steps towards Ains. "I will be the one to service Lord Ains should he request help with preparations."
Ains immediately took a steps back and steeled himself from stumbling back any further, I hid my laughter behind my wing as Ains just stared down at the succubus with his jaw unhinged. From where I stood, I could see Shalltear started to tremble as well, her eyes were overcast by her bangs and her fists were clenched crumpling her dress. "YOU WIDE MOUTHED GORILLA!" That was the last thing everyone heard before the vampire launched herself right at the succubus, I hastily pulled Ains away from the two women's trajectory and stepped away from where Ains once stood. I pulled Ains into the spot where I once stood and backed up into Demiurge's chest, he placed both of his hands on my shoulders to steady me and smiled down at me as I craned my neck up to meet his diamond eyes.
