Only one day was left for the birthday of Xin Mei and she was very excited to know what Su Yuchen would gift to her.
From childhood, she always had this excitement for her birthday. She always looked forward to her birthday presents. She did not care about the value she cared about the feelings hidden in the gift.
Her family also knew her craze for her birthday. They always started to wish her five days in advance before her birthday. Everyone worked and thought hard for the gift which they would be giving to her.
Xin Jin always threw an expensive birthday party for her. He wanted to make her day special. She treated herself as a royal princess on her birthday.
Now, that she was married and was deeply in love with Su Yuchen, she did not expect any less from him. She wanted him to gift her a memorable birthday present.
"What will he gift to me?" she thought and ran her brain in all the directions.
Romantic dinner, lavish birthday party, vacation, some expensive jewellery…she thought of everything. She also tried to sneak in to know what he would gift her but Su Yuchen was very silent about her birthday present.
It was like, he did not remember her birthday!
"No, No, No, I am sure he knows tomorrow is his love's birthday. I am sure he has planned a surprise for me." She consoled herself.
During the breakfast, she kept looking at Su Yuchen, thinking that there must be a change in his expression if he was planning something for her, for the next day.
But Nah, his expressions were normal, same as every day!
'Does he not remember my birthday or is he so good to keep his excitement hidden?' She thought and then she remembered all the surprises which Su Yuchen had given to her.
'He is very good at keeping secrets and surprises. I am sure he is planning something.'
After having her breakfast, Xin Mei made her way towards the studio where filming of her jewellery commercial would be taking place. She met TingTing and Fang Lin who gave her instructions for the commercial.
"Xin Mei, here is your birthday present." Fang Lin smiled and passed her a birthday present. "Happy Birthday Xin Mei. May you have many birthdays to come."
Xin Mei smiled and took the gift from her hand. "Thank you, Fang Lin., I didn't know that you know about my birth date."
"I saw it on your resume."
After some time, TingTing also wished her in advance and gave her, her birthday present.

By the time Xin Mei was done with the photoshoot of jewellery commercial, she was hell tired. She had changed from one costume to another which had made her tired.
When she reached home, she was planning to retire early, but she got the surprise of her life when a huge balloon full of ribbons was blasted on her head, and her family and friends started to sing a birthday song for her.
The living room was decorated with blue and white balloons. There was also a big banner with 'Happy Birthday Xin Mei.'
"Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy Birthday,
Happy birthday,
Happy birthday our sweet Xin Mei."
Xin Mei grinned and looked at her parents, her uncle and aunt, He Ye and Gu Nan, grandpa, and grandma, Su Zixin and Xin Yan. They all were smiling and held a small to big gift in their hands.
