The Dual End Of Worlds

Prologue

I had been thinking about this for days. What if I went back to a random splatoon dimention? While the idea sounds ok, what would be on the other side? Could I go to a universe that was full of chaos and riots, or of universes full of misery and hurt, or even something I couldn't even begin to imagine? Nonetheless, I decided to try it out, but first I had to pack my bag.

As I was doing that, Sydney came and started to ask:

"What are you doing?", she said. "Oh, I decided to go back to a random splatoon dimention, But I'm making sure I'm prepared.", I replied. "Oh cool, how long will you be gone?", she asked again. "Hopefully no less then a week.", I said as I packed. Sydney had left, so I went through my bag to check what I had.

Knight's Egde sword from Terraria, Check.

Shield made of the finest material I could get my hands on, Check.

Food and water to last up to a week, Check.

Book and pen to write in, Check.

After everything was ready, I pull out my traveller and put it to random. It came up with universe #63848, and after one deep breath, I walk through the portal to mystery.

Chapter 1-1

Entry One

Well this was a horrible mistake.

I walked through the portal and landed on the shoulder of the N.I.L.S Statue. Looks like I arrived the moment the thing fired, because all I remember was a long beam of teal light heading towards inkopolis, and a big explosion, and then I passed out.

When I got up, I saw the damage that had happened. All of inkopolis was on fire, and for what seemed like forever, the ground was charred a dark green. And then I saw a helicopter crash into the other side of the statue. I went over there and saw Agent 3, Pearl, Marina and Captain all unconscious, but alive. As they woke up, they asked who I was and how I got here. I saw Marina look more interested as I said I was a time traveller. And then they asked for proof. I tried to pull out my traveller, but it was gone. I panicked a lot inside, but I just showed them the sword and they all believed me.

Right now, we're on a boat traveling back to mainland, I just hope everyone is ok. The only good news I have is Tartar was found in the water, letting off sparks, so at least there is no one controlling everyone after a while.

Oh god is it much worse then I thought.

When we got into inkopolis square, we saw a total of 10 inklings and octolings all sanitized, fires everywhere, and some of them were even holding their weapons they used for turf war! They also spent no time turning and rushing at us and firing. Nobody had brought their weapons, so I used my sword to kill them all. Yeah, KILL. Turns out you actually die when splatted while sanitized.
