Tik bit his lip and frowned, curled up in his moirail's side as they sat in an alleyway.
The two were meant to have done a gig at a local bar, which they made it to, but when they had begun singing Hozier's famous song..
Beer bottles were throw, angered voices arose, and blood was spilled.
Most of the people in the bar had seen the video and were extremely homophobic pieces of shit.
The Page sniffled and wiped some violet blood from his arm, tears welling in his eyes.
"Hold still, Tik.." Marshall Lee sighed quietly, pulling a shard of glass from his cheek, causing the other to wince.
"S-Some people a-are assholes..."
"I know.."
The Vampire himself had a few cuts, though his blood dripped slower than the troll's.
"But hey, they believe in worthless shit like your suppose to love only one gender; the opposite gender. What happened to loving everyone? When did that ever change? Who cares if they're the same or opposite sex? All that's suppose to matter is that you're suppose to love them, right?"
His eyes narrowed slightly as Tik just stayed silent, staring at the crud stained brick walkway of the alley.
Marshall thought of something brilliant and grabbed his guitar; strumming the song and hummed softly.
"...I'll tell you my sins so you can sharpen your knife~"
Tikore looked up briefly in sadness, singing along quietly.
"Offer me deathless death, good cod, let me give you my life~..."
And it went on that way till a soft, yet somewhat comfortable silence came between them.
How were they going to explain their appearance to all those that cared for them though?..
