Part 67: Rescue

(Whoo Techno finna go and save his man)

Darryl ran into the room of his fellow demons, including some of his family members and friends.

"We have a mission in The Living World. My friend is in trouble and we must save him." Darryl said.

"Why would we wanna save a human?" A demon asked.

"Would you save your friend?" Darryl said.

"..."

"This is really important. The Empire might kill my friend. We're on the good side since we're trying to stop this war." Darryl said.

"Where did Darryl go?" Skeppy asked.

"He went for backup." Techno said. "I won't be needing those soldiers again."

"He's going to get backup from who?" Skeppy asked.

"From the demons, I suppose. He's one of them, and he'll find a way to get them to cooperate, no matter the cause. He is the young lord." Techno said.

Techno stood up and threw his cape over his shoulder.

"Now let's go an Empire."

Darryl stood there, watching, as the demons started flying over the Empire.

Crowds of people started to scream and run off.

Hopefully this'll make them learn their lesson.. Darryl thought.

He saw Schlatt running past him.

"Wait, Schlatt!" He called, his hand reaching out to him.

Schlatt stopped.

"Yes?" He turned his head a bit to look at Darryl.

"You're sure you're okay with attacking your own tribe?" Darryl asked, kinda worried.

"I'm doing this for the sake of my family's death. I didn't agree to do this with you for nothing." Schlatt said.

"But you did make the Empire turn this way. You're probably going to die again." Darryl said.

"Stop worrying over me. I'll be fine. I just gotta deal with the Emperor." Schlatt said, jogging off.

"I.. Okay.." Darryl said. His ears went down a bit worriedly.

A loud roar scared him. "EEK!"

It seemed to be one those leg less Creepycrawlers.

Demons were flying from every direction, hovering over the Empire.

The Empire basically had an entire city, with the Imperial Capital in the center, where the Emperor lies.

Soldiers were already getting out and fighting all of the Nether mobs like hoglins and piglins, and even brute piglins.

Techno and Skeppy were already in there on the Empire, along with the other survivors in their group.

Sounds of screams and roars. Humans and demons, starting death and blood. Bodies dispersed everywhere.
