Knights and Dames.

Early in the morning, with the first rays of rising sun,

Jay sat on the wooden bench outside the Egerton's Mansion. There was a large yard in front of the house. Rather than designs, flowers, or gardening. It was a large grassy area with many big squares, made up of four small squares. Two pairs of big squares were together, with an eight-by-eight pattern of such pairs spread across the whole ground.

Each big square had a knight or dame on it, with their swords in their hands, squaring off each other.

But Jay wasn't here for the knights - he was here for the dames. Because they weren't wearing silver knight armor, Jay was able to watch their figures with leisure.

These knights and dames were Egerton's most loyal. They trained every day in the morning before moving about their everyday duties.

And Jay came to ogle at the dames every day. It was his way of starting a day with full energy before going inside and reading all those books that he didn't want to.

But to be a great evil ruler, he needed to start doing things on his own rather than relying on other people. Like he did when he was a hero.

While he was happily watching, something caught his eyes. He looked towards the corner of his eyes, "Vivian?"

Although her hairs were different, they were bluish-blond hairs. No more like Ashen blond hairs that someone had dyed with blue.

She was currently wearing a knight's armor with Egerton's house crest on it.

"Jay!!"

She called out in surprise after seeing him sitting here.

"Why are you here?" He asked in surprise.

"She will be working for me...*Cough*...I mean Lord Egerton." Emily walked out from the shadow.

Her eyes darted between Vivian and him, "Her sisters will be coming to work for me too."

Vivian bowed at him, "thanks to you. I sent my sisters a signal - nearest one would be here in a week, while the farthest would be here in a mouth."

Jay was more curious about something else, "and you are wearing an armor because?"

"She can't live like a magician, so she'd have to learn the ways of Damehood."

Vivian energetically looked at Emily, "So? What do I do?"

Emily pointed at the ground, "get used to the weight of the armor. You are Bronze fifth... Even though you are a magician, you must have some Physical strength, right?"

Vivian tried to sound confident, "Yes?"

"No, she doesn't. I know her stamina...and strength." Jay blinked at Vivian, who furiously turned red of shame.

Emily sighed, waving her hand, "You girl, go...run a few laps. We'll see from there."

Vivian ran away as quickly as she could. Jay chuckled, "She'll burn herself out."

Emily sat beside him on the bench, sighing, "and you are enjoying that?"

"Shouldn't I?" He asked doubtfully - without waiting for her reply, he said, "I totally should."

Emily curled her lips, relaxing as she based in the rays of the morning sun, "You know... if you hadn't made so many mistakes. I would have thought you planned for all this."

"What are you talking about?"

Emily opened her eyes, still a bit blur from the fresh air, "coming into our house, curing Lam. Giving that Seawage plan, that wouldn't be possible without taking Vivian and her sisters in. If it weren't for the fact that Lady Antanasia might kill you and you got caught while sneaking in to heal Lam. I would have thought you planned for all this."
