Was it a typo..." Midoryia began to sweat as stress engulfed him.

It's unlike you not to respond" Bakugo texted.

Midoryia stared at his phone, he didn't know what to do.

"Sorry, I dropped my phone.
I'm going to sleep" Midoryia turned his phone off and put it on his nightstand.

"I hope that was enough of a hint.

With how he reacted he probably thinks I hired someone to do this but I didn't, I hate this dang threat" Bakugo thought to himself as he threw his phone on his bed in frustration.

Suddenly his phone rang.

He picked it up.

I'm just double checking to make sure you didn't tell Midoryia what I have planned.

Midoryia put link on high alert and wore it to sleep.
He had a feeling something would happen...

Midoryia fell soundly asleep. Moonlight shun into his room Through his balcony windows, it was dead silent.
Only the sound of his own breathing could be heard.

The moonlight hit his eyes as he sunk even farther into sleep.

Suddenly his door cracked open.

A pair of red eyes peered inwards into Midoryia's room.
It approached Midoryia, a knife flashing in the moonlight.

A devious grin was worn by the knife holder.

As they approached Midoryia they couldn't help but notice Midoryia was wearing link.

They rose the knife above Midoryia and just as they were about to strike, link shot a lazer at the knife and threw a net at the person.

"AGH!" They fell back.
Midoryia woke up startled.

He got out of his bed and turned on the light and found...

What're you doing.." Midoryia whimpered.

Spirals could be seen in Bakugo's eyes before he spoke again.

What's going on?!" He yelled as he looked at his hands.

"That's what you should tell me?! You were about to stab me!" Midoryia spat.

But I was just-" Bakugo was cut off when Kaminari came bolting into Midoryia's room from the scream.

"Bakugo- Midoryia?? What's going on??" Kaminari exclaimed.

He glanced over at Bakugo and noticed the knife in his hand.

"I-i don't know!? I was just asleep when-"

"What?! NO!" Bakugo screamed as sweat rolled down his face.

"Then why-" Midoryia was cut off when Aizawa came walking in.

He then looked at Bakugo, he was trapped in a new and holding a knife...

"I don't know?! I was just in bed-

And all of a sudden I'm here!"

Midoryia what did you see happened?"

"I was asleep, I had link guard me because someone is out to kill me.
It woke me up and shot a net at Kacchan.

Suddenly a projection was sent at the wall.
It replayed the last 5 minutes of what happened.

"But I wasn't in control!" Bakugo spat.

"Wait I think Bakugo is innocent.
Look at his eyes, they have spirals instead of pupils. Maybe he was being brain washed and he was snapped back to reality when the net shot him" Kaminari shouted.

"Hold on, Kaminari is right" Midoryia said.

Bakugo let out a relived sigh, "I told you...

"Kacchan.
Do you have information on who killed my mother.

When we texted earlier.

Do you know anything?" Midoryia asked.

Bakugo began to sweat nervously.

"Well?" Aizawa asked.

They all stared at him, Bakugo felt pressure towering over him.

Yes... But if I say who it is they'll kill my mom and dad too! I said he during the text to help alert you but it looks like it didn't work!" Bakugo spat.

"Due to the circumstances and what I'm seeing, Bakugo we can only slightly trust you.
Because of this, we're going to take you and your parents into custody until we figure out who's behind this.

We don't have a lie detector quirk on us right now to tell us if you're telling the truth and this footage looks like an attempted murder even if you sent that you weren't in control.

So until you fess up who's behind this you're going to in UA's highly monitored and secured room with your parents" Aizawa said.

After all of that Bakugo was taken away. His parents were contacted and taken into custody as well.

Midoryia wasn't allowed to sleep without 2 guards guarding his room.

The next day-.

"I'm going out.
I'll be back eventually!" Midoryia shouted as he pulled up his hoodie.

Aizawa nodded his head and watched Midoryia walk out the door.

Midoryia walked into an alleyway and called for Kurogiri to pick him up.

"You're back soon, I thought you wouldn't return til you got a lead on who this is" tenko said.

"Something strange happened last night. And so.
