"H-huh..?" Peacemaker opened his eyes, fatigue engulfing him.
"Ah.. Agh!" He yelped, noticing his black scales touching crimson ones. "W-what's going on?" Mind blurred with confusion, Peacemaker toppled out of the bed.
"Oh, you woke up." The crimson scales moved, a pair of wings stretching out into their full wingspan. "I was hoping you'd stay asleep for a couple more hours. You are annoying when you're awake." The crimson dragon yawned.
"Carrion." Peacemaker whispered half to himself.
"The one and only." Carrion grinned, his eyes glimmering like two topaz gems.
"What time is it?" Peacemaker asked, " I might miss my class." He cleverly avoided asking why Carrion had been sleeping next to him.
"It's nearly sunrise." Carrion said haphazardly. "Why do you ask? Wouldn't you want to know.. other things~?" Peacemaker blinked at the crimson dragon, who was now stretching their back on the rainforest leaves.
"You can't just come in here, and do t-that!" Peacemaker growled, trying to look threatening. He looked as threatening as a dragonet. (Which he was.)
"Why not? There's no rule that non-claw mates can't sleep in other caves." Carrion said, eyes wide. He looked genuine, but it was hard to tell with that sly dragon.
"Just get out of my cave!" Peacemaker mumbled.
"Sure, whatever you say, Peacemaker." Carrion shrugged. Before getting out of the bed and out the door in less than five seconds. Peacemaker shuddered.
His heart was thumping like crazy, and it felt like butterflies were fluttering around in his stomach. "Three moons.." Peacemaker mumbled weakly. "He's cute..!"
