The continuation of the final event for the GMG

Basil vs Lilibeu

As the fight commences, Lilibeu begins her first attack, but Basil counters her attack. However Lilibeu teleports from behind him and lands a hit on him by surprise by a ki blast. She utilizes her wings to fly and fire off more ki blasts one by one, only for Basil to dodge all of them. Then it was Basil's turn to utilize one of his special abilities, he starts firing off ki blasts with his feet. This caught the audience's attention of what they witness from one of Basil's abilities. Even Rufus was impressed by this. Lilibeu dodges 2 of his blasts but a third blast that was coming straight for her, damages one of her wings that causes her to fall down. As a result Lilibeu was defeated. Basil goes up her says.

Basil: Better luck next time. Be sure to train to get stronger.

Lilibeu just gave out a small smile and acknowledges it.

Scene change with Freed vs Obuni

Elsewhere, Freed is having trouble with Obuni as he tries to utilize his Dark Écriture ability on him but fails immediately as Obuni does his one and only ability, the feints of internal energy, where he uses it in conjunction with his great speed and power is enough to confuse Freed of knowing who's the real one. He indeed gives the green haired mage trouble for a little bit. According to Mavis who quickly notices that Obuni's technique is very complex. Freed decides to go to his last resort by using his Dark Écriture: Darkness, going into a dark colored armored knights. At the same time, Obuni lands a kick which connects to his stomach, which led to Freed finding out where the real one was, and grabs his leg and tosses him up in the sky. As Freed jumps up and does the dark écriture: wings to dart over Obuni's direction, he double axes him to the ground. Obuni quickly recovers and is about to attack him once again with his feints of internal energy, but however Freed once again locates the real him and connects him with a powerful punch, even causing a electric shockwave that was felt by several of people around the area. The tables were turned as Freed begins to land hits on Obuni at immense speed, and delivers the final blow on him. As a result, Obuni was defeated and Freed won the battle. Makarov, Natsu, Lucy, Cana and the rest of the guild members started cheering for him as much as the audiences.

Scene change with Bickslow vs Rubalt

Meanwhile, as Bickslow at first was having trouble with Rubalt, but when Rubalt knocked off his visored helmet, that was from that point on, that the red skinned opponent screwed up as Bickslow utilizes his figure eyes ability to make direct eye contact on Rubalt, which succeeds by doing so. As Bickslow has complete control over him, he utilizes his dolls to position themselves in a pentagonal pattern, the Baryon Formation. A massive and powerful magical beam is generated and fires towards Rubalt who tries to get around it but couldn't, and gets engulfed by the magical beam. As a result, Rubalt is defeated, and team Quatro Puppy is out of the game.

Scene change with Evergreen vs Sherria

Meanwhile, Evergreen still holding on her own with Sherria even though the God Slayer has the upper hand on her. Sherria utilizes one of her Sky God abilities, the sky god dance where she begins to spin around while extending her arms outwards, prompting a very massive, spiraling current of black wind to be generated, lifting Evergreen several of meters off the ground while inflicting damage. But however, the female Thunder Legion mage quickly recovers and utilized her fairy wings from her back and flew towards Sherria at full speed. At the same time she does her fairy magic and fires off multiple thin light and luminous dust at the Sky God Slayer, who quickly dodges every single one of the light dust, but one or two of them hit her in the leg. As Sherria was about to do her Sky God's roar ability, Evergreen darts over to her direction and immediately tackles her through a building, which shocks the audience of Evergreen's enhanced strength. Even Elfman was shocked by it as well, and he remembers back when he first fought her in his beast form soul and was easily defeated by her. This was from that point on that he was surprised by what Evergreen did to him and wasn't mad that he lost to her at all.
