Ultear's defection on Grimore Heart begins

Grimore Heart's arrival at Tenrou Island

The airship of Grimore Heart continues to approach the island. However, Makarov is the first one to see the airship and goes to his giant form to get in the dark guild's way. He begins to attack the ship and connects the first hit and damages half of the airship, however, Ultear immediately repairs the ship with her arc of time magic. Caprico of the 7 kin of Purgatory uses his magic to transport all of the Grimore Heart members including Ultear to the island while the guild master Hades deals with Makarov. As Makarov prepares his ultimate spell, the Fairy Law, right as he was about to cast it, Hades prepares his counter attack, the Grimore Law. He warns Makarov that he won't cast it recklessly but if he refuses to stop his own spell, then both of them will meet an unfortunate end. Makarov recognizes Hades and knows who he is. His real name, Precht, the second guild master for Fairy Tail, the man who gave Makarov the "master" title before he left the guild. He wishes not to fight him, but he's leaving him no choice after Hades refuses. As both guild masters begin to fight, Hades overpowers Makarov after both of their light and darkness magic abilities collide.

All over Tenrou Island, the remaining participants and S-Class mages battle the Grimore heart mages that just landed from the airship. While all the battle is going around the island, Zeref, the black wizard rests under a tree, wondering why the wars won't end.

Meanwhile as the battle between both guild masters for Fairy Tail and Grimore Heart continues on, Makarov stands weakened in front of Hades. He asks him what happened to him and what made him decide to go on to a dark path. Hades explains to him of the origin of magic, he looked for its roots and came upon Zeref, learning the essence of magic. When Makarov learns that Zeref is on the island, that's when the situation gets way worse. He struggles to get up tries to make his sneak attack on Hades as he's walking away. However, Hades anticipated his sneak attack and pierces him through the chest with magic. Makarov was down for the count.

Scene change with Lisanna & Juvia

The battle continues on between Lisanna with Yomazu and Juvia with Kawazu. Lisanna is indeed having a bit of trouble with Yomazu as she keeps dodging and is trying not to get hit by his sword. She goes into her animal soul: cat form and dashes towards Yomazu to land a hit on him, but the swordsman samurai mage blocks her first attack and begins to utilize his dark sword ability, Narukami where he rushes towards Lisanna and slashes her. Juvia's shocked at what just happened to her, however, she looked away for a second before getting back to her fight with Kawazu. Just as when Yomazu thought he won and was on his way to lend Kawazu a hand on defeating Juvia, Lisanna still in cat form at her enhanced speed darts towards Yomazu and connects a drop kick to the face sending him flying and lands on a tree. Yomazu was indeed shocked at this and the after image technique that she learned from Piccolo while training with him. Lisanna goes to land a hit on Yomazu and this time she hits him deep with her sharp claws and which ruined his samurai outfit.

Meanwhile Juvia utilizes her water abilities on Kawazu as she does the water lock to trap him in and incapacitate him by suffocation. But Kawazu somehow withstands Juvia's water lock by breaking out of it by putting effort into flying away from it and once he broke out of it, he spits out several of eggs and does the egg buster at Juvia. However the eggs land a direct hit on her, but she did a water body projection to let the eggs run through her. Which shocks Kawazu, Juvia finishes him off by doing the water slicer. Kawazu screamed in agony as he being hit by the water mage's ability. Juvia has indeed won the fight. Lisanna was still taking on Yomazu.

Lisanna continues on with a barrage of hits on the swordsman samurai mage and has the upper hand on him. As she was done wiping the floor with Yomazu, she once more transforms into a huge penguin. Yomazu's eyes widened and couldn't get around it and was indeed in trouble, and Lisanna jumps high and immediately lands on him hard which made the ground shake a little. Two of the low tier Grimore Heart members have been defeated. Lisanna & Juvia head out to go look for everyone else.
