Chapter 21: Between To Loves

Mikasa's POV:

*Time skip: Spring Concert*

The Big Spring concert was finally here. Every performing group at school has been preparing for this concert since the first day of school, and chorus was no exception. Eren and I have been rehearsing non-stop, with the occasional breaks of course. I was in the car with my parents heading to the concert hall. I decided to wear a red kimono since it was Asian heritage month and wanted to celebrate my Japanese heritage. We finally reached the concert hall as my mom escorted me inside while my dad parked the car. My mom left to take a seat while I went to the green rooms. I entered to see all my friends having a good laugh. Then turned to see me and started complimenting the dress.

Historia: "You look so pretty Mikasa!"

Jean: "Eren is a very lucky guy."

Marco: "Well I'm a very lucky guy having you," giving Jean a kiss on the cheek, "Is Eren matching as well?"

Mikasa: "I don't know. Wait where is he anyway?" looking towards Armin, sipping his water.

Armin: "I actually don't know. He said he needed to do some things, but he assured me that he'll be here on time... well at least here."

I knew Eren would be here. He was pretty excited, more than me, so it'd be out of nowhere for him to not show. Before I could let my worries take over, I heard my phone chime in my purse. I took it out to see Eren's name.

Eren

Im on the way!

Mikasa

I put my phone away as I waited for my boyfriend. After a few minutes, Eren came bursting through the door. He was wearing the suit my mom had made for him and even though it was messy due to him running, I could just get on top of him right now. I suppressed the heat that was emerging from my body and went towards him.

Mikasa: "It's not good to be late young man," I said as I fixed his tie.

Eren: "I'm sorry ma'am, but I had to do something very important."

Mikasa: "What were you doing anyway?"

Eren: "You'll see and I think you'll like it," he winked.

Mikasa: "Anything good from you, I love."

Connie: "Like his dick!" yelled Connie, causing everyone to laugh.

Eren: "Shut up you angry Anng."

The concert was a success. Everyone was at the of their game, giving the audience a show. Chorus, being the highlight of the show, finally finished our last song. Everyone walked off stage except for me and Eren. We walked up stage as Mr. Ness grabbed the mic.

Mr. Ness: "Our show isn't over folks. Before we say goodnight, we have one final ensemble, well a pair of great singers."

He then looked back at the two of us, gesturing to walk a bit more forward.

Mr. Ness: "Ladies and gentlemen! May I present to you, Mikasa Ackerman and Eren Jaeger!"

The entire room started to clap as me and Eren were both handed mics. The audience settled down as we waited for the cue. We looked at each other as Eren gave me a warm smile. We looked over to see our cue. We started singing our first songs. I felt so free with him. I could feel my smile during the entire affair. Anytime I'm with him, I couldn't stop smiling, especially when I'm singing with him. As we prepared for the last song of the night, I saw him mouthed something to me. "I love you." I started blushing, but I decided not to hide it. I wanted him to see it and I didn't give a fuck if the entire audience could see it. I mouthed it back to him and he blushed as well We then took a deep breath and started our last song
