It was a beautiful and bright day, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the cheerful songs of the morning birds. The gentle breeze blew through your hair, which was (h/l) and (h/c). You loved reading and today was the ideal day to indulge in a good book. The magic of books bringing fictional or nonfictional realities to life always fascinated you. Among all the books you had read, "The Adventures of Felix the Cat" book series was your absolute favorite.

(A/N: Bear with me here. I improvised the name of Felix's book series since Rouge never told us its name.)

You fell in love with the main character, Felix, with ease. Everyone believed that the author, Felix the Cat, inserted himself as the main character in his supposedly fictional stories. Little did you know, his stories were all true.

Y/N's POV:

I relaxed, sitting in a chair at an outdoor café table while reading Felix's second book, "The Lost Letter of Princess Oriana", for the 33rd time. He had already published several books, but whenever I was bored, I would read through all of his books in order, repeatedly. They never seemed to lose their charm. How could they? I have never read such exceptional pieces of literature in my life. His books were unparalleled. I let out a soft sigh with a smile and continued reading. I was already halfway through the book.

Felix's POV:

I decided to take a morning walk through the town, letting the wind blow through my jet-black hair and ease my mind. It was a lovely and peaceful day, and I didn't want to let it go to waste. While walking past the local strip mall, fast food joints, and hair salons, I stopped at a little café.

"A nice cup of hot coffee sounds nice," I said aloud to myself. With a nod of satisfaction, I made my way closer to the café doors to enter. But, within my peripheral vision, I noticed a woman sitting alone at a table. However, that wasn't why I stopped. I recognized the book she was reading, and it was mine.

I smiled and made my way to the woman; observing her expression, she appeared to be enjoying the book. So, if she was a fan of my work, I could give her the pleasant surprise of greeting her in person. Making up my mind, I strolled by and gently tapped the top of her book. "Are you enjoying your book?"

(Y/n)'s POV:

As I sat lost in a world of my own, engrossed in the thrilling battle between Felix and the Fire Tiger, I suddenly felt a tap on my book. A deep, charming Australian accent broke through my concentration, pulling me back to reality.

"Are you enjoying your book?" the stranger asked, his voice smooth and warm.

I quickly inserted a bookmark and closed the book, looking up to see the man standing before me. To my surprise, it was Felix himself!

He smiled warmly and asked politely, "Is this seat taken, Miss?" I was taken aback and could only shake my head as I pushed the chair out for him with my foot. He sat down next to me and removed his hat, revealing more of his handsome features.

"I guess you're surprised to see me," he said with a chuckle.

I could hardly believe it. Here I was, sitting next to one of my favorite authors, and he waseen more charming and attractive than I had imagined. But I knew better than to get my hopes up - the chances of him being single were slim to none. So I pushed my fantasies aside and tried to focus on the conversation at hand.

A/N: Hey guys!!! I hope you all enjoyed this first chapter. I kept putting it off due to school and having to come up with ideas for my other five ongoing fanfictions. Anyway, I will see you all in the next chapter!!!
