Your family day has been amazing, you three ate breakfast in bed, watched some TV then went to the park, now you three are at gemma's for dinner with the group, as you are on one of gemma's couches with Abel on your lap, Chibs finance in y/n and their son AJ talking when Chibs comes over and grabs AJ from y/n and Jax grabs Abel from you leaving you two lady's alone to talk girl stuff, as Abel doesn't want to leave you so you make Jax leave him with you and y/n.

Abel lays his head on your shoulder as you rub his back as Gemma let's everyone know dinner will be ready in a couple minutes as y/n goes to wash her hands and find Chibs and AJ as Jax comes to you and Abel "our boy loves his mama and I know is going to love his baby brother can you believe Abel is two and you got a month left in your pregnancy with Thomas" as look at him "yep our boys will be over two years apart and I couldn't ask for a more respectful women to be their mom, I thank you darling" as you smile and he reaches and grabs abel so you three can go seat down at the table. Abel's birthday was 2 months ago so when Thomas comes next month Abel will be two years and three months older the Thomas.

Jax holds Abel In his arms while you seat down at the table and he puts Abel in his high chair and joins you at the table with everyone else, your all having a good time when your water breaks and you feel a Sharp pain and Jax sees this, he gets up and goes over to you "babygirl you alright? As you nod your head at him "yeah Thomas just to make his entrance, my water broke Jax's he is coming I knew I was having contractions since this morning but they didn't get bad and it just happen, get Chibs I aren't going to make it the hospital, he is coming now" as he nods his head then yells for Chibs as he helps you up and into the Living-room, he makes Gemma stay with Abel while you, him and Chibs goes and have Thomas.
