-Elizabeh's POV-

I was shocked by what I heard. At the same time, all my feelings were shattered. Meliodas loved me since I looked like Liz from the beginning. Actually he loved Liz, not me.

Disappointment had taken over me. I felt how my heart burned as a tear fell from my blue eyes and slowly flowed down my cheeks. The fact that everything between him and me was a lie hit me like a slap in the face. At that time, we met Diane on the stairs. She looked at me surprised and worried and immediately approached me. "Elizabeth are you ok!? You look so sad and bad." Diane asked me anxiously.

But I kept looking at a fixed point. My tears continued to glide down my cheeks softly. Then Diane gently grabbed my shoulders and shook me to bring me back to myself. "Elizabeth!!!" Her voice sounded more anxious now than before. Then Elaine noticed us at that time and she came to our side.

"Diane what's going on!?" I heard Elaine asking worriedly to Diane. But then I didn't hear what they were talking about. Because the voices in my head were not silent and they were constantly whispering to me the bitter truth: He does not love you... He used you spends the longing of his deceased lover with you... You mean nothing to him...

I swallowed with difficulty and looked blankly at Diane and Elaine who were still shaking me. But they did not appear at all, they looked as anxious and scared.
"Elizabeth did you argue with Meli-" I cut her off when Elaine was about to ask hesitantly. "N-no we didn't argue." I hardly said to her as my tears continued to flow .

Elaine looked at me hesitantly. "Elizabeth, So why are you crying, plesase tell us." She said to me anxiously and nervously. I wanted to tell them the truth, but I couldn't even talk. My tears were flowing like they would never stop. Elaine saw this and started to panic more.

"Diane, call Meliodas immediately!" Elaine said to Diane in a panicked way. When I heard his name, I felt more hurt. Diane quickly went down the stairs and disappeared. I did not want to see Meliodas. If he came near me, I did not know how to stand. While I was thinking about these, Elaine approached me softly and entered my arms and tried to calm me down.

After a while, Diane came back out of breath. "Captain, Zeldris and Ban went to the forest to get supplies. The captain is not here. So what do we do now!?" Diane asked to Elaine in panic. I knew, I couldn't be here anymore. I had no reason to stay here anymore. It was time for me to go.

That's why I intervened without giving Elaine the chance to answer. "I-I... go b-back to Liones..." I said to then while I still crying. Diane and Elaine looked at me in shock. I was feeling worse than ever. So I wanted to go to my father and my sisters instead of feeling good and peaceful. This place, where I stayed in joy every day, seemed too narrow for me now.

"Elizabeth what are you saying!?" Diane asked me surprisingly. They were my close friends, so I wanted to explain to them even though I was unable to talk. "T-there was actually... n-nothing between me and Meliodas" I barely explained to Daine and Elaine. Their confusion grew even more.

As soon as I said this, the two of them approached me closer and they hugged me tightly. They made me feel that they support me and they are by my side. Then I started crying more. My tears did not stop. "Elizabeth, I don't know what happened between you and Meliodas, but if you don't want to stay here, we won't stop you." Elaine whispered to me kindly.

Elaine's words made me feel very relieved. I knew she was behind me no matter what. But Daine did not agree with Elaine. "Elaine, we don't know what happened between them. If Elizabeth goes back to Liones, wouldn't they break up more?" Daine anxiously asked Elaine.
