"So wait explain this to me again, hammond did what?"

"They cooked up something a wee bit more than metal this time, she's human... well was human. I'm not sure what to call the poor dearie now. But apparently they think shes somthin' quite special and are putting her intae the games"

Elliot and Mary continued discussing the new member of their team over a cup of coffee. Today they would be meeting this mysterious new legend before the start of the newest season and without much warning from the higher ups

At the moment this conversation occurred on the next planet over you were getting ready to meet your new teammates... no, hopefully new friends? You know you were created for this moment. To shake things up in the games, but you've never had true friends before. Unless you call Maritza from the labs who snuck you fresh socks and snacks from the outside a friend. All you knew is you were about to be as free as you possibly could be from the labs and you are going to savor this time for as long as you can manage.

You cringe thinking about your first memories as you pack your small amount of belongings into a suitcase.

When I first came to all I could feel was fear. The light above me blinded me and somehow I was assaulted with a mass amount of knowledge. History, math, physics, psychology all being pushed into my head all at once. It was agonizing pain which felt like an eternity. But once it stopped and the lights got dimmer I was introduced to my first worst nightmare.

Dr. Haks was the scientist leading the experiment i was forced into. He created the machinery that allowed for... simply put, hyper-speed evolution. Essentially cloning a human and pushing their dna just right into whatever monster they wanted to create.

Luckily for humanity as a whole only I managed to survive these experiments. They only had me to work with so they put all their effort into creating something they could use as a weapon. Heightened senses, extra appendages, and one great invisibility act gave them something great for the ring and created a ginormous freak of a human being. Only after thousands of failed attempts and even more therapists, I finally have control (for the most part) over the use of my abilities and can now live my life as more than just a lab rat  (as much as a puppet can at least)

I finish packing and head out to my jump. A whole new planet, a whole new life, and a whole lot of forgetting social cues. Oh boy... I can't wait!
