I had been training for over a month and am now called killer kenma by some of the guards in the base. I'm not entirely sure why they call me that but I think it's because I have moved and am now one of the most skilled assassins in all of Japan.
But yet I have not killed anyone. It is Saturday and I am skateboarding around town, to hopefully cure my boredom.
As I am pushing off of the wet sidewalk a black car pulls up next to me. The window rolls down to reveal the face of none other than Musa.
" hey kenma get in we have a job to do," he says with an evil smirk on his face. I get in the car and he drives us back to base. We pull up and I get out of the car and walk inside towards his office.
I knock on the door twice before poking my head in.
" oh kenma finally you are here," he says as I walk in, he pulls me into a tight hug. Surprising enough being in a mafia isn't as bad as you would think, they are like the family I never had.
" so what is it about this so-called 'job' Musa is talking about," I said sitting down in the chair across from him.
"Well we have someone who has been pocketing money from some of the company sales and he needs to be eliminated, and I thought you would be perfect for the job.
It will be your first ever kill" he said leaning over the table towards me.
" okay but do I really have to bring that big dumbass with me," I said pointing to Musa who was quietly standing in the corner of the room.
"Hey, I'm not a dumbass" he retorts back. " whatever," I say in return as I glare back at him. "Yes, you need to bring Musa, just in case you need help."
" fine~~," I said as I slowly stand up and drop my bag back onto the floor by the corner of the light brown-colored desk. I walked out of the room and down the dark dimly lit hallway to the room I had.
I walked in and got dressed in my black uniform. It was exactly like a tux except it was thicker but yet somehow lighter at the same time.
I slid on the tux and grabbed all of the tools we would need to execute this man. I walked out and saw the surprised look on everyone's faces. "What are you all looking at huh," I said as I fixed the topknot that was on my head.
" Nothing I've just never seen you with your hair up, and it looks-" " huh it looks what, spit it out already," I said as I stepped closer to the exit of the building.
" it looks good but I have just never seen you with it up before so it surprised me," Musa said as we both got in the car.
*skip ending of killing because I don't want to type all of the fighting, lazy bitch problems*
I looked over to see Musa trying to drag the man out of the house, but it looked like he was struggling.
"Do you need help with that, it looks like your having some trouble and I want to get out of here as quickly as possible" "uh yeah sure I guess?" he said letting go of the man's leg which he had just been pulling on.
I walked over and picked up the man with little to no problems. "Wh- how are you doing that he's like triple your size kenma," Musa said as he stood in shock.
"Well I may be small but I'm not weak, I'm one of the top assassins in Japan and I have to be able to carry a body," I said meekly as I put the body in the trunk of the car.
It had been a month and I had slowly gone back to my old habits of not eating. I didn't care too much though considering leaving this planet was the end goal and making it happen faster would be preferred.
I slowly but surely slid back into the happening of only eating once a day or maybe two. " I'm starving do you want anything to eat?" Musa said as he shut the trunk and got back into the driver's seat of the car.
"no I'm not hungry," I said as I sat down and pulled out my phone. The thought of eating something made my stomach turn in circles.
Not because I was hungry but because I hate the fact that food does nothing but keep me alive. Which even then I don't like.
Food as I have said before doesn't satisfy me anymore.
It doesn't fill me up with that feeling I got before. That feeling that I wasn't hungry or that I was bloated after eating too much, my thoughts were interrupted by Musa asking me more and more questions.
" But why it's like you never eat, you've got to be almost under 100lbs already you need to eat more," he said as he leaned over the center console and grabbed my side quickly, squeezing to feel how loose my suit actually was.
He grabbed my ribs and immediately pulled back once I grabbed his hand.
" holy shit kenma when was the last time you ate I practically just got cut by your ribs kid," he said as he surprisingly looked back at the steering wheel of the car.
" yeah I don't remember but I know I'm not hungry so you don't have to get me anything," I said calmly as I let go of the tight grip on his wrist.
