Crystal's POV

It was dark, I was alone, cold and surrounded by the darkness. I squint my eyes trying to see better. I feel the wind hit me and I shiver as it was cold. I look around me and I realise I'm outside in a forest. Searching my mind on how I got here, it's just blank.

Nearby I hear water running, it sounds like a river, or lake. I walk towards the water. I come to a hault when I realise something... My body is not in pain. I couldn't feel the lightest amount of pain and that made my heart leap with happiness. I'm now skipping to the lake happy that no pain is disturbing me.

I got closer to the lake and I saw a person sitting on the ledge of the lake. Slowly I walk towards it and I sit next to it but maintaining distance. I look at the lake and it takes my breath away. This part of the forest was a bit clearer as the moonlight was glistening on the water. It looked like little crystals filled the lake, the rocks that layed underneath could be seen. The little water animals were swimming freely.

I felt a pair of eyes look at me, I then turned to look at them and I gasp as I saw the owner of the eyes. I feel my eyes water and soon enough the tears were falling. "Lewis?" I questioned covering my mouth in shock. He looked at me with confusion on his face and his eyebrows furrowed.

"Crystal what are you doing here, you can't stay here you have to go back... Now Crystal." he said sort of yelling at me. "What... Why Lewis I just found you I can't loose you again." I cry out to him hoping he'll understand. "Crystal you may not always see me but I'm always there, now leave Crystal, go there is alot you still need to achieve so leave." He said and walked away.

I cry and start waking away from the lake. All of a sudden it was raining.

I wake up as I feel cold water on my body. As I try getting up pain shoots through my body. My back and head hurt the most though. I look up and see Dad standing there looking mad as could be. I was still on the floor of the living room. I see the broken chair and yesterday's events play through my head. Dad yanks me up using my hair ignoring my cries of pain.

"You know the more pain you feel the happier I become." He said laughing as he dragged me to the kitchen. He stood in front of the stove and two plates where red indicating that they were hot and on. My eyes widening in fear. He let's go of my hair and grabs both of my hands. Really fast he places both my hands on the hot plates. I scream, I try freeing my hands from the plates but he presses down harder.

I felt my skin burn and the tears where falling uncontrollably. I was still screaming but he was laughing louder than my screams. He than takes my hand off the stove. They were beyond red, with blood all around my hands. I was in pain. I felt my skin peel off as it dropped to the floor along with the blood.

He looks at me and says "Now make my breakfast."
