Y/N's POV-

I told Corpse everything. "When I was 12, my mother jumped in front of a car for me." Corpse hugged me tighter, and I took that as my cue to carry on. "My father never forgave me. He... he would beat me. Made me black and blue every single day. It would get so bad I would have to stay at a friend's house before I could face him. I-I finally moved out to John's at 16. And you know that rest.." I lied. I left out one part. I never told him that John had used me for pleasure for 3 years.

He held me tighter, gently enough that I wouldn't be hurt. I closed my eyes and buried my face into his neck. He whispered meaningless nothings into my ear and played with my hair to calm me down. I fell asleep like that soon, and I knew that I would never let him go.

Corpse's POV-
Today's the day. I'm gonna tell her today. This is it. Good or bad, only one way to find out. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a mug, standing behind Y/N, reaching above her. She just said "Hello good sir." It was a little joke we had. "Why hello beautiful ma'am." I saw her blush. This was my chance. I leaned down, and said "Why are you blushing good ma'am?"

Y/N's POV-
"Why are you blushing good ma'am?" A deep voice spoke to me, leaning down towards my face. I knew he was teasing me, so I risked it. I kissed him and I could feel he was surprised. I pulled back quickly and said "I know I messed up, I shouldn't have done that." I put my head down.

Two fingers went under my chin and pulled it up to his face. He was smirking. I looked at the ground with my eyes, my face still facing him. "Look at me baby..." he whispered. I looked at him and he kissed me. I quickly got used to it and wrapped my arms around his neck. He pulled away and said "Y/N will you be my gir-"

"YES!" I said, before he could finish.

We've been together for 3 years and have a 2 month old baby named Ashley.
