Impossible (A Neville Longbottom Love Story) (On Hiatus)

Chapter 1

"Arista, you can go get your robes, books, and supplies. Draco gets whatever you need. I'll meet you back home in two hours." Mum said strictly.

"Yes, Mum." We said before she apparated back home.

Draco spotted one of his friends, Blaise Zabini, and said, "I'll see you later, Ari." before racing off.

I shrugged and headed towards the robe shop.

"Miss Malfoy, it's good to see you again!" Madam Malkin said.

"It's good to see you, too," I said smiling at the older women.

"Hogwarts?" She asked.

"Yup," I replied shortly.

She measured me, handed me the robes, and after I paid she sent me on my way. Next was Flourish and Blott's. I got all of the books I would need for the year. After I had gotten everything, I decided to go to a small ice cream shop before going back home. After ordering a rocky road, I sat down. I finished my ice cream and headed to the floo station, but bumped into a boy, dropping my bags.

"I-i'm so sorry." He stuttered.

"Don't worry about it," I said smiling.

"M-my name is N-Neville Longbottom." He said, blushing.

"Arista Malfoy." I said but when he paled slightly I added, "But I'm not prejudiced, like my family." causing him to relax slightly.

I checked my watch to see that my time was almost up.

"Shit, I have to go, I'll see you at Hogwarts," I said before racing to the floo station.

I flooed home and arrived right on time.

"You better start packing, you only have two days before you leave," Mum said before I ran up to my room.

I dumped my bags out onto my floor and started packing. Mum had put an extension charm on my trunk so that everything would fit. I dumped my clothes into my trunk, not caring if they would be wrinkled later, leaving out a couple of outfits for the next couple of days. I then put all of my school supplies in, carefully so that I wouldn't break anything. I put the trunk in the corner of my room so it would be out of the way before climbing into bed and falling into a deep sleep.
