I was sitting on my bed in the dorm listening to Neville ramble about his plants a week after we officially go together. The rest of the guys had left to do who knows what.

"Sorry for boring you, love." He said, coming over to sit infront of me on my bed.

"You aren't boring me." I replied honestly, looking up at him with a smile.

"Are you sure?" Neville asked.

"Positive." I said, leaning in to kiss him.

He softly kissed me back. When we pulled away, he tucked some of my now purple hair behind my ear.

"You never told me what purple means." Neville said softly, resting his forehead against mine.

I smiled. I might as well tell him now.

"It means love." I said, moving to press a kiss to his cheek.

Neville blushed, smiling. He leaned down to press a kiss to my lips.

"Good to know." He said, pulling away.

I laughed, wrapping my arms around his neck, kissing him again. Neville laughed, kissing me back.

The next day, I was walking alone to the Great Hall when Draco decided to be a git.

"I can't believe you settled for Longbottom of all people." My brother spat.

   I rolled my eyes.

"I didn't settle. You're just jealous that I'm happy and you aren't." I said, glaring at him.

"I'm happy." Draco argued.

"Whatever you say." I said, walking to the Gryffindor table.

I sat down next to Neville, pressing a kiss to his cheek.

"Will you stop being all lovey-dovey? I'm trying to eat." Seamus complained, earning a kick in the shin underneath the table.

"Shut up, leprechaun." I teased.

"That hurt, ya know." He said, glaring playfully at me.

"Good." I replied.

By the time we were all done eating, the Hall was almost empty.

"We better get up to the dorm." I said, getting mumbled agreements from all three boys.
