Chapter Ten: Soulmates

Arabella's: POV

It had been twenty minutes sense we had arrived home and I was already missing Klaus's touch. "Ara calm down he'll be back soon, go play your violen to try and get your mind off of him for a bit." Imogen said from where she was sitting next to Kol on the couch I gave a quick nod before going into my room and pulling out my solid back violen and playing the song shatter me. "I puret in the dark, I see the stars threw me." I sang before playing my violen softly. "Tired mecanical hearts beats til the song disappears." I sang while picking up the pacing before I knew it I was singing, playing, and dancing around my room. "Somebody shine a light, i'm frozen by the fear in me, somebody make me feel alive and shatter me, so cut me from the light this is spining endlessly, somebody make me feel alive and shatter me." I sang before playing the small violen solo. "I never would have thought you'd play the violen." The one voice that sent pleasent shivers down my spine said from behind me causing me to spin around and stare at him with wide eyes. "I love the violen, my uncle taught me how to play." I say while putting my violen back in it's case. "How'd you get Imogen to let you in?" I ask while walking over to him. "It took some convincing but she wanted to know why I called you my mate, so she let me in as long as I promised to explain everything infront of her." Klaus said while puting his arm around my waist and guiding me to the living room where I sat down on the love seat Klaus joining me right after and throwing his arm around my shoulder and pulling me into his side. "Ok Klaus start explaining." Imogen said while glaring at him. "Well isn't it obvious Arabella is my mate." Klaus said while stairing down at me lovingly causing a blush to form on my cheeks. "And what does that mean?" Imogen asked getting impaitent. "It means she's my soulmate the one person who was made to be mine and I hers." At this state meant I finally realized that I could never hate Klaus I was made specificly for him and him only as he was for me. "Which also means that she is coming with me." "To hell she is, she's staying with me." Imogen said while standing up. "I've waited over a thousand years to find my mate i'm not giving her up for anything." Klaus growled while pulling me into his lap and wraping his arms around me protectively. "I think it should be my choice weather I stay or go." I say while pushing away Klaus's arms and standing up. "Your not my mom Imogen so stop trying to act like her, I know you wanna protect me but I need my best friend not my mom, so if you boys would excuse us, me and Imogen need to have a talk." I say while walking over to the front door and pulling it open waiting for Imogen who let out a sigh before following me out the door." I just wanna protect you Ara, from all the things he's done you know as well as I do that he's dangerous and heartless." Imogen said as we walked threw one of the many graveyards in New Orleans. "I know but I can't stay away from him any longer Imogen, he's the drug and i'm the addict I can't live without him even if we just met." I say while looking up at the night sky. "I know how you feel." Imogen said barely above a whisper. "You and Kol can come with us I mean I don't think I can talk to Klaus about everything i'm still gonna need my best friend." I say while nudging her in the side causing her to crack a smile. "Ok, ok i'll come but if he hurts you in any way were leaving got it?" "Got it."
