3. You did what!?

"Hi guys! Beautiful weather here today, don't ya think?" I asked as I sat down by the table with my friends, who both stared at me.

"You're weirdly chipper for making a complete fool of yourself in front of your crush." Cecil stated and I frowned, but soon got back to my happy mindset.

"That would be true,  if it weren't for the second meeting I had with him yesterday." I said and I could see that I had piqued both's interests. "I was walking fast with my head down into the cafe, accidentally walking into someone and making them spill their coffee all over themselves. That person just happened to be Nico Di Angelo himself..." I started explaining, but was cut off by Lou.

"How is that good?"

"Shush, let me finish. As I was saying, I ran into him and apologized, buying him coffee to replace the one I made him spill. We sat at a table and talked for a while, he then left in a hurry. But not before leaving this." I said, showing them the napkin and Lou snatched it out of my hands.

"He gave you his number?!"

"Yes he did, so I happen to be in a good mood today." I finished with a smile and she handed back the napkin.

"Good job Solace, finally some action in your love life." she said and I smiled proudly.

"Thank you. Now, do you guys have anything to share?"

"Nope, however, I have a question for you. Have you used the number yet?" she asked and I felt the proud smile fall from my face.

"No. Not even adding it to my contacts, why? Because as soon as I do that, I will have to worry about what to send and I have no clue." I admitted and my friends sighed

"You're really hopeless sometimes."

"So, why did you come home covered in brown stains?" Hazel asked during lunch and the rest of the group turned to me, probably only now noticing the faint stains on my jacket.

"I was on my way through the door of the cafe when someone ran into me, making me spill coffee all over me." I explained and Percy, who was hanging here since Annabeth was away at her dads, smirked.

"Could that someone be Will Solace?" he asked and the others looked at me expectantly.

"Yes."

"Well, what happened after that?" Piper asked and I sighed.

"He bought me a new coffee and we talked for a bit, but then I had to leave to keep with the curfew, but I left him my number." my voice was calm, the other one looked chocked in different ways.

"You did what?!" Hazel, Frank and Piper exclaimed at once and I sighed again.

"Since when did you act gay in public?" Hazel asked and I looked at my clothes, I showed it, didn't I?

"It could be dangerous! He has been watching you for weeks, maybe months. What if he is a real stalker and will destroy your life and... and." Frank said and Hazel put a hand on his arm to stop him from hyperventilating while I chuckled.

"Way to go Nico." Piper said and I smiled.

"I think I show it in my appearance Hazel, darling. Unless someone is really dense. As for you Frank, calm down. I can handle myself. And Piper, thank you." I said and they all smiled slightly in their own way. Hazel's being cute as ever, Frank's being unwanted by him, but it still showed and Piper's was gleaming.

I got distracted from my friends when an number I hadn't saved sent me a text message. I opened it and it read "Hi, this is Will Solace's friend Lou. He is a bit shy and hasn't found the balls to contact you so I thought I'd send this message so you have his number and can take the first step 😊"

"Who you flirting with?" Piper asked and I smiled slightly, showing her my phone. "Oh, if it isn't Mr stalker boy." she continued with a giggle and I rolled my eyes.

"It clearly states that it is his friend, not him."

"Whatever." she muttered with a smile.

I saw the name "Nico AHHH" pop up on the screen as my phone started ringing and I nearly screamed. He was calling me! I quickly, probably to quickly, answered the phone, keeping my cool and saying;

"Hi, is this Will?" it was silent for a while as I realized my mistake." I mean I'm Will. I meant to say this is Will. Uh... sup?" a small chuckle was heard from the other line while I blushed furiously, had I seriously just said that?

"Hi Will, it's Nico. I'm bored at home and was wondering if you wanted to come over and hang out." he said and I almost screamed. He wanted me to come to his house!

"Uh, y-yeah. Yeah sounds good. Where should we meet? Well, I know we will meet at your house but where is that exactly?" I stammered out and he chuckled again.

"It is 8D Miller's road." he said and I quickly wrote it down. Would I forget it if I hadn't? Probably not but you never know with my luck. "When will you be here?" he asked and I thought.

"Twenty minutes, thirty tops."

"I'll be waiting."
