"And then, a couple of weeks ago, that entire family moved back here after all this time. My plan was to just ignore Octavian. But then, at school, he blocked my path to class and tried to get me to talk to him, saying he wanted to "catch up". I told him that I didn't ever want to catch up with him and that all I wanted was to get to class. So, he shoved me up against a locker, started swearing at me, and when that didn't give him a wanted reaction, he started talking badly about my friends."

"I tried to get him to let me pass one more time, but when that didn't work, I took a swing, which I admit was a very poor decision. But I never intended to do any real harm." I stopped to take a deep breath. "So that's it, that's the full story." I finished up and Will's parents were quiet for a while, making my nerves rise.

"Alright." Mrs. Solace finally said and I furrowed my brows in confusion.

"Alright?" I asked and she smiled.

"Alright, you can keep on seeing our son." Mr. Solace finished in her place and Will gasped, hurrying forward and hugging the crap out of me. I hugged him back with a chuckle.

"You shared your story!" he exclaimed excitedly and I chuckled again.

"I was so nervous, I nearly slipped into Italian." I said and it was his turn to laugh as he pulled apart, while Mr. Solace raised a brow.

"Tu parli italiano (You speak Italian)?" he asked and I smiled.

"Sì, ho vissuto a Venezia fino all'età di circa dieci anni (Yes, I lived in Venice until I was about ten years old)." I told him and he nodded appreciately.

"Well, I think it was brave of you to share this with us, and not the Italian part."

"Thank you, sir." I said and Mrs. Solace smiled.

"I agree with Apollo. But if you ever hurt our son I'll break much more than your jaw." she said and Will turned to her with a startled stare.

"Mom!" he exclaimed, looking to me who was simply nodding with a smile.

"If I ever hurt your son, I'll deserve it."

"You've reached the Di Angelo resident, Hades speaking." a voice said over the speaker and my dad snorted.

"Always so formal." he joked, but when there was no laugh from the other end of the call, he cleared his throat awkwardly. "It is Apollo, I'm here with my wife and my son. We figured that we should talk with you about what to do with our Octavian situation, considering he is making both our sons miserable." he explained and it was silent for a while.

"Sounds reasonable, let me get Nico." he said. "Nico, could you come down for a moment?" he called with a distance to the phone and for once, his voice didn't sound cold.

"What's up?" Nico asked and it was followed by the muffled sound of Hades explaining. "Alright, let's talk." the Italian boy said and my dad nodded as if they could see it.

"So, Hades. yesterday we talked to your son... well he did most of the talking, but he cleared up what the situation was and now we need to take action to clear the situation itself up so that the Augustus boy won't hurt either of our sons anymore. And based on what we've heard about you, you want that as well." dad explained and a deep sigh sounded from the other side of the line.

"Of course I want that. But I have looked for options and there is nothing legally Octavian has done that they can use to do anything, at least not anything recent enough to prove."

"Yes, but Augustus enterprises is a big company, right?" dad asked, excited.

"Skip to the point, Solace." Hades said with a sigh and dad rolled his eyes.

"I don't think Mr. Augustus would like to lose his seat at the board, which could happen without ever dragging him into court. All we need to do is play our cards right." he explained and there was no sigh, so we were definitely making progress.

"And how do you say we do that?" Hades asked, sounding genuinely curious and I practically bounced in my seat as I looked at my parents, who smiled.

"We have a plan."

The boys are allowed to meet again, the families are working together. I'd say things are looking up. So yeah, peace out.
