Dany was getting worried about the car ride after what Jake and Taylor told her about the tsunami. She was mostly afraid about all the other people who lived in the coast and diddn't know what was happening before it was too late.
Everything was happening to quickly for Dany, 6 hours ago she was in detention, 3 hours ago she was shopping for food. That means they should be in the safe zone from the tsunami by now!
"Jake are we in the safe zone now?" Dany asks him
She looks at the computer and trys to find the red line that marks the safe zone.
"Jake why, why is the safe zone so far away?" Dany asks annoyed, pointing to the red line about another couple hours away.
"Huh?" Jake asks, looking at the laptop. "Shit!" he screams and the cars speed increases rapidly.
"What?!" Taylor yells. "Jake if you don't get us to the safe zone I swear to god-"
"I'm trying Taylor stop pressuring me!" Jake's foot would get soar by the time they get there.
Taylor looked behind and saw small little rivers of water piling over the mountains, 100 miles behind them. She had a worrying expression on her face and it turned into complete shock when she realized this must be a huge tsunami if it was able to get over the mountains.
"Guys.." Taylor watched the more water pile over the mountain. "Guys..." she turned her head forward to see Dany lauging at a horrible joke Jake made.
She noticed the car slowly down by each minute, the speed got slower. She turned her head back again and made a guess the, big, tsunami was proably only 50 miles away by now and sooner or later they would all be dead.
"Give me the laptop." Taylor said to Dany.
"Wait," Dany said putting her finger in the air. "That's a funny story Jake but, I have a better one which-"
"Dany I'm sorry to inturp your failing love-life with Jake but if you don't give me the computer we will all die!" Taylor screamed at her.
Dany's face softened and tears brimmed her eyes. She passed the laptop and quickly looked away from Taylor and Jake both. She stopped talking to both of them and even when Jake tried to talk, Dany just ignored him.
"Taylor what did you find?" Jake asked her after a little a while of silence.
"You either have to speed up or were gonna die." she said as she watched the tsunami from the laptop get closer to them.
"Yes sir." he said then went up to 80 mph
