Chapter Fifthteen

Dany was smiling all day. Even while the doctors did surgery on her shoulder.

They said that she was smiling through the whole event.

.
Taylor came in with flash cards a day after the surgery.

She said she wanted to help "get rid" of Dany's amnesia, though Dany wasn't really convinced that it would help.

"So," Taylor pulled a chair next to her bed and smiled over at Dany. "Lesson one."

Dany already knew this was going to be dreadful.

As Taylor blabbed about Dany being birthed, she day-dreamed about the almost kiss in the parking lot memory... though Jake was sure they did connect lips.

"That's how mum and dad was able to pick out the name Danielle." Taylor motioned to white board she brought in.

Dany looked at the board with confusion, expecting to see a bunch of different name but instead with a bunch of algebra.

"QUIZ TIME!" Taylor yelled at the top of her lungs after the finished lesson one about Dany being born.

"What." Dany looked shocked.

Taylor rubbed her hands together and gave Dany an evil grin.

"When was the date, year, and time you were born."

"Uh..." Dany decided to make up a random date, year, and time. "October 27th, I dunno, and 4:21 am."

Taylor's expression was shocked.

She smiled widely. "And I thought you weren't listening!"

Dany looked confused and thought to herself, I wasn't.

Taylor went on listing random questions that Dany got all right... even though she wasn't listening.

*4 hours later*

"Okay now-" Taylor got interrupted by Jake who walked in with his hands on his hips.

"Jake we're busy." Taylor announced, obviously still annoyed at Jake.

"Yeah now you're not." he said smirking. "I'm gonna help her now."

Taylor sighed and looked at him sadly.

"We will start lesson two tomorrow." She slammed the door behind her and Jake walked over to the stool Taylor was sitting on.

"How you feeling?" he asked her.

"You're he first one who's asked me that all day." she smiled at him from ear to ear. "I'm a lot better now that you're here."

"About that..." Jake massaged his temples. "I don't think we should, erm, like each other."

Dany's mouth dropped.

"You're telling me not to like you?!" Dany said, tears brimming her eyes.

Jake looked at her but she refused to make eye contact.

"Dany it's not that I don't like you I just think it's not a good time to date, or, sort of do anything... right now."

Dany quickly froze.

"You think," Dany said, Jake looking at her, knowing where this was going. "that if we dated, or even if we didn't, we would have sex?"

Jake blushed and looked at the ground.

Dany glared at him an fire roared through her eyes.

"Look at me right now Jacob."

He looked at her with sadness, as she slapped him right across the face.

Jakes eyes fumed and he was about to say something when Taylor rushed in.

"Everyone in the underground floor!" she yelled at them. "Theres a tornado coming!"

Hahaha.
MAHAHAHAHA.
