when the two run inside to speak with their client, the guard took a step towards them and shook his head, blocking their way
'I'm sorry. Meeting hours for the day are all done'
apollo eyes widen as he freaked out, the investigation itself was a mess, he frantically looked down at his watch, and saw the time, three minutes, maybe he could work with that
'B-But we still have three minutes!'
the guard looked at the two, saw how desperate they were, and complied
'I'll put in your request, but don't expect anything. The father's talking in the private room with him'
he warned, trucy cocked her head to the side
'The father? You mean like a priest?;
'I mean the suspect's father, Mr. Winfred "Big Wins" Kitaki himself'
apollo swallowed nervously at that, the woman from the kitaki family already scared him to his wits, and how he was gonna met the "big wins"
"Not someone I care to meet..."
when they both entered inside, they didn't even get a chance to say hi
'...Die you--!!!'
'...You're the one on your way out, old--!!!'
'Ah. They're here'
and with that, the gaurd left, leaving the two alone, who just sat awkwardly in their seats as they waited patiently, apollo nearly fell out of his chair when he saw the "big wins" guy, this guy, could rival mr wright when it comes to scary, the guy was big, had the biggest bushy eyebrows, making his eyes not visible and everything, ..but had on a cute aprone for some reason
"Whoa! This guy radiates power! Power.. with a cute apron?"
'You Wocky's lawyer?'
he asked in a deep voice, apollo shook from his head
'Y-Yes, sir!'
the man scanned and eyed him down, then introduced himself
'Well, I'm Big Wins Kitaki, fourth head of the Kitaki family... capice?'
he said, apollo nodded as he polietly said
'Er... Actually, I came to speak to your son'
'... Mr. Justice'
he jumped
'Yes?'
'My son's innocent. He killed no one. If he were found guilty... it wouldn't be good. ...Capice?'
he warned, apollo shook as he shrank a little
'Y-Yes! I'm all about capicing! Capice'd loud and clear!'
he cried out nervously
'You gotta do more than just understand to make it. You'll learn, though. Even if the lesson comes at the end of your short life'
"I don't feel so good..."
just then suddenly, his client started banging on the glass window
'What's the big idea, old man! You can't treat me like a kid no more, not now! You know I... I... I wanted to go to the clink! I like it here!'
'You... must be Wocky?'
he asked, wocky humped
'A G's not a G till he does hard time! Bizzoooy! You'll see. When I get out of here, things'll change!'
big wins then snapped his head at his son
'Silence! My apologies, Mr. Justice... He's usually such a nice boy'
he said, apollo looked back at his client, ..and had major doubts about that
"Forgive me if I have a hard time believing that"
'Ha! You can't take me under your wing this time, old man! You heard me! I don't need no trial! I did it!'
he insisted, apollo blinked at him
'...I think that's enough for today, Mr. Justice. Don't let me down tomorrow'
he said, and with that, he walked off, apollo slumped back into his chair, sighing
'So much for talking to our client'
trucy however, smiled at him encouragingly
'But we made so much progress today! We even found my panties! I had fun, at least'
'Of course, the biggest mystery of all remains...'
"How am I supposed to build a case for the trial!?"
apollo honestly had no idea on what to do, he had a reckless violent client, who for some reason is insisting he did it, even the evidence was proving his client's guilt, trucy looked at the time, and remembered something
'Oh, almost forgot, it's time for my show! Tonight I'm performing at the Wonder Bar! You should come check it out'
she asked of him, ..apollo was just about to decline, ..but from the look of her eyes, he couldn't say no to her
