Chapter 3: Investigation and Answers

Y/N Bray POV

After I and Ghosts talk with Ozpin and Ironwood, I couldn't help feel like there was more to it I didn't really press on about it though but of course, my ghost tells me we should possible keep an eye on Ironwood, the reason being is cause no one in their right mind brings a small army to a city to talk.

Y/N: "Would you calm down? I mean he seemed... alright... no scratch that I think Ironwood is... mmm... how do I put this?"

Ghost: "Irrational? not fit to be a leader? Only willing to do what's right if it means to stop a foe even sacrifice their soldiers or civilians to stop it? Want me to keep going?"

Y/N: "Okay to be honest those do fit him but we haven't gotten to know him on a personal level. But just in case is there any way you can scrounge up some data about him or any recent reports?"

Ghost: "Finally something to do besides living in your backpack, but why reports? that seems odd even for you, and you don't even file reports yourself after scouting missions you leave that to Specter."

Y/N: "Hey! I may not do reports but you know I read the other hunter reports... sometimes... okay only like 2 reports a month I see your point. But this is about why he is here and not back in his Kingdom defending it."

After this, she nods her shell and disappears the elevator opens and I begin walking out heading to the dorm room. As I'm heading there I stop by a window and gaze upon the night sky and the broken moon I thought to myself 'I hope Emma and Specter are alright. Knowing them... well mostly Emma she's probably jumping between planets to find me. She may not show her caring side, but I know it's there when it comes down to the serious stuff. As for Specter... well I don't know what he would be doing probably asking our pal Saint-14 for answers since he did Idolize him even during the battle of six fronts he did tell me that's when he and Saint became best buds till he went searching for Osiris and ended missing.' I was dragged out of my thought when I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned around and saw Ruby.

Ruby: "Hey, Remnant to Y/N you there?"

Y/N: "No I don't think so?" I say jokingly

Ruby: *giggles* "Well did everything go okay with meeting Ironwood?"

Y/N: "Ya everything went okay, guess Ozpin just wanted to introduce me to the Leader of Atlas and as well he was curious about my semblances of course. What worried about Lil old me?" I say the ending jokingly and pointing my thumb at me

Ruby: "Well ya just a bit, meeting the General kinda gave our team a spook, we thought you were gonna leave us and go to Atlas since they are more or so farther in the technology world." she says with a bit of sadness in the ending.

I put my hand on her shoulder

Y/N: "I would never leave my friends just because one place is further advanced, so don't worry about it just know I'm not leaving anytime soon." I say trying to cheer her up

She looks at me and smiles.

Ruby: "Well we should get back to the dorm before it gets too late we have a long day tomorrow."

I nod in response and we both begin walking to our dorm. When we get there we enter inside and Yang looks at us and smirks while Blake and Weiss were doing their Homework.

Yang: "You were gone for a while, and Ruby left like 10 minutes ago to wait for you after the meeting. I assumed you guys decided to go on a secret late-night date."

Ruby: "YANG!" she says catching the other girls attention as well

Y/N: "What Yang? Jealous that your sister made the first move before you did?" I say this and look at Ruby her cheeks turned bright red I shrugged it off cause I knew putting her in that position would get her or any girl flustered.
