My eyes fluttered open and I was staring at a ceiling. Confused, I looked around, scanning the room carefully. This isn't the base nor the place where I was kept by Chase. The same man as before strode into the room with a bowl of warm water. "Easy..." he said, sitting on the edge of the bed. "Where am I?" I asked weakly. "Don't talk too much! You need to save strength... but you are safe here with me... for now."

"I heard you... what you said on the phone. You are a werewolf?" he asked. "Apparently... I don't know who i am... or what I am..." I whispered as some tears rolled down my face. "I don't even know who my real parents are..." I added quietly. "I have met some werewolves in the past... people just like you, but not... Cybertronian?" he asked. "Aliens..." I murmured as I closed my eyes for a moment. "I am half-alien, half-wolf, and somewhere a part human..." I mocked, looking at the man again. "Who are you?"

"Adam Hill..."
"Skye..." I murmured. "I killed people because of what I am... and I am not even supposed to change into a wolf..." I whispered quietly. "Things happen for a reason, but right now, we need to make sure you don't die on me. I removed the bullet... which was quite deep..." he said. I raised a brow, "I am a doctor... I work in the local hospital..." he said. I oohed and lifted my head for a moment. "You know... being a werewolf isn't as bad as you think it is... I know it's strange to figure it out you're not fully human, but most of the time Werewolves are social creatures to one another... and I know there are large packs out there... some of them are nearly 600 years old..."

"You don't age..."
"Should I be happy with that?" I asked, looking away. "You should... lots of people would have wanted what you have can change into. I don't know anything about the aliens... but it makes you dangerous... not because of who you are... but because you form a threat. If you could control your shapeshifting..." he trailed off. "I haven't changed... or I can't remember it..." I murmured. "You should be proud of who you are... you have the ability to change people's lives in a good way..." he said. I wasn't quite sure about that but didn't comment on that.

I heard two powerful engines in the background. "Twins..." I murmured. Adam got up and disappeared only to return later with both twins. "I told you not to leave!" Sunstreaker said, hugging me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and let him comfort me. "We will figure something out... I won't let you die!" Sunstreaker said, smiling at me and brushed some tears off my face. Sideswipe crouched down and nuzzled in my neck. "You will be fine, Skye... I promise..." he whispered in my ear. I smiled weakly and met his eyes again.

"We need to hurry! Lots of Decepticon activity around here..." Sunstreaker said as he got up and looked out of the window. "Thank you, for saving her life, human." The yellow front liner said firmly. Adam raised a brow but nodded slowly anyway. Sideswipe helped me sit up straight, pulling a shirt over my head before taking me outside. I had to hold on to him because my legs felt like they were made out of rubber. I halted and turned my head to look at Adam. "Thank you..." I said. "Nevada... large pack..." he said before returning into his house.

The drive was very tense, both were on high alert. "Whatever happened isn't your fault, Skye," Sideswipe stated. "It feels like it is, Sideswipe," I whispered. "You know... I have done things I regret doing, so does Sunstreaker. We all have darker moments in our lives and what you did... you were so young. At least you know what you are and where you come from is something we have to figure out... I won't leave your side. I like you, Skye."

I met his ocean blue eyes for a moment. "I tore the entire family apart because of what I am. I had a twin sister... She died when we were two years old because her organs failed. My own mother hoped the same would happen to me, but when it didn't happen she dumped me..." I whispered. "Sunny and I are dumped too, we know how it feels. We can relate... Don't worry..." he said. I grasped his hand and kissed the back. "I can't remember I changed into a wolf..."

"Perhaps a good thing..." Sideswipe said after a brief silence. "It will be okay and Ratchet will save your life..."
I couldn't reply because a fighter jet flew over us, nearly hitting Sunsteaker. He served over the road and transformed, shooting at Starscream. "Sideswipe go! I'll be on your tailpipe!" the yellow front liner hissed angrily. Sideswipe sped up, but he was a little uncomfortable. "Damn it!" he scowled, looking in the mirror before his holoform disappeared and left some silvery sparkles behind.

I looked in the mirror and saw fire and explosions. "Sunstreaker will be okay, right?" I asked. "Sunstreaker and I were champs in the arena... if someone can handle it, then it's Sunstreaker!" Sideswipe stated firmly. I still wasn't completely comforted, but a little more than before. I gasped, as there was another loud explosion. Sideswipe sped up even more and served over the road with a chasing Starscream behind him. Sunstreaker perfectly has his back and ditched most of his attacks, although Sideswipe got hit a couple of times. I closed my eyes as Starscream fired a rocket. It was a close call and scared the hell out of me. Sunstreaker transformed and raced after us, leading Sideswipe through the traffic.

I reached a point that I thought Starscream would kill the twins if it wasn't for Optimus and Ironhide arriving at the scene as well. It only showed that the twins put their lives at risk to save mine. I looked in the rear mirror again, before looking in front of me.

I must have blacked out because I woke up on the medbay. Ratchet is still around me, running some tests. Just seeing the look on his face showed me he was worried about something. I lifted my head, but the Sunstreaker softly and gently pushed my head back down on the pillow. "Easy sweetspark..." he whispered while rubbing my forehead with his thumb. "I am dying, huh? You can't save me?" I asked. "Your wounds are severe... you are still in a critical condition and the only way to give you a change is by giving you an energon... so it will fasten the healing progress but... there's a high risk your organs will fail... and you won't survive the night... I think you won't even survive an hour... plus it will probably trigger a transformation..."

I held Sunny a little tighter mostly because I was scared and wanted some support and comfort from his side. "So... I am dying either way?" I whispered. "I am not saying that either, Skye. But you have some nasty internal injuries... I don't know what it will do eventually and I need to make a choice whether I am going to attempt giving you Energon or put you on life support... that change you will wake up from a coma won't be big either especially because you have some serious health issues.

"I have nothing to lose... it doesn't matter if I die or not," I said after a brief silence. "Skye..." I stopped Sunstreaker. "You can give me the energon, Ratchet... you know, I don't want to be in a coma. If I die... then it's fine. I mean... in the end I was going to die anyway..." I murmured. Ratchet bit his lip. "I don't agree..." Sunstreaker stated. Sideswipe laid his hand on Sunstreaker's shoulder. "Sunstreaker... it's her choice... I don't like it either but if we don't do anything she might die as well... so..." Sideswipe trailed off.

"You know... there's a high risk of a transformation if you survive."
I nodded, "I am willing to take that risk, Ratchet..." I said. "One more thing... I have never met a werewolf, nor a hybrid... so, I can't help you with controlling the transformation... but of course that only counts if you survive tonight..." I nodded and laid back while Ratchet left to grab the Energon. "Are sure, Skye?" Sunstreaker whispered. I nodded and hugged him tightly. "It doesn't matter, Sunstreaker..." I sighed softly.

Sideswipe sighed as he sat down on the edge of the bed as well. "We will be at your side, no matter what..." Sideswipe said as he brushed some strands from my face and connected his lips with mine. It shocked me, especially because I didn't know him for that long. As he pulled back, I stared into his icy blue eyes for a moment. "You better survive so I can take you out... I will finish Chase. I am going to rip him apart and make sure you're safe..." he stated. Sideswipe grabbed my arm for some attention. His kiss surprised me even more, and I stared at one another for a brief moment after Sideswipe pulled back. I couldn't reply to their kiss because Ratchet returned and waved the twins off.

They stayed with me till the moment the Energon knocked me out...
