"The hell do you mean by it's a glitch!" I snapped at Rue practically pacing in Blake's living room.

Yep, that's right! Rue found out the supposed he she thought she had seen was just a shadow or nothing more than a glitch.

It was the same video was being repeated over and over again.

Just great! My life's on the line. Yay (Not)

"I'm sorry but someone must have hacked into the system already." She apologised in her breathtaking British accent.

"So now?" I asked, coming to a halt to look at her.

Rue placed her laptop on the side table then walked up to me before putting me in a suffocating bear hug.

"Don't worry Lilac, I promise to attend your funeral."

"You're really stupid you know that Rue?" I admitted to her giggling in between.

"That's why I love her." I voice said, startling us. When we turned around, we met face to face with Blake once more but this time he had a few crisps and drinks in his hands.

A pang of jealousy hit me once more considering the used the word love on her...that once used to be us.

"Sorry-er- I'll just leave." I said, walking over to the door.

"Wait!" Rue snapped making me pause in my tracks. "We were just about to watch a movie...I could use some girl time."

I turned round to face her then said; "I'd love to,but I think I should really get some rest for the day." Before I turned and exited before she could respond.

That's one problem dealt with; Blake supposedly knows nothing about the photo being left by my door.

The thought of that somehow left me at peace...at least for the night.

****LIAM'S POV****

I had just come back from the 'emergency' family situation at the hospital and strode towards the front desk of my workplace...well, my building I should say. Anyway, as I walked over to the front desk to collect my key card, all I could hear was the sound of female employees giggling and talking about me.

"I hear he's engaged."
"Should I shoot my shot?"
"His baby sister is so beautiful."
"Liam Manor is so damn fine."

On the last comment, I totally agreed. I was fine I smirked to myself as I reached the front desk.

Flora the secretary handed me my key card and I walked over the the elevator slipping off my glasses and placing them in my pocket.

As the elevator door chimmed, the door opened only for me to notice this wasn't my floor. Instead, a blond haired lady of about twenty two strode in buttoning up her coat.

Harley. I rolled my eyes and took out my phone to entertain myself.

I was so not in the mood for her attempts to get me in bed today. I had a business to run and it seemed the money was overflowing....what to do with it I though to myself over and over again then the elevator bell chimmed again.

This time, I was on my floor. Just as I was about to exit it, Harley grabbed my arm.

"Aren't you going to say hi?"

"Hi." I said, making an attempt to move only for me to be pulled back by her firm grip.

"Can I come over later?"

Stupid. I hate this. I hate my life.

The logic of everything is that Harley and I are supposed to be engaged by the end of winter this year and yes, it's arranged. Not that I want to, but I have to.
