I was stroking Ashwin's hair when I realized that he had fallen asleep when the door was opened.
"Sivaangi, dinner is ready," my mother-in-law said.
"Oh, okay," I said smiling.
"Baby wake up," I said caressing Ashwin's face.
"I'm tired," he said hugging me tighter.
"Well stay sleeping and I'll go to dinner," I say kissing his forehead.
"Okay then," he says lying down next to me so I got down carrying Abhi, and sat with everyone.
"Ashwin," my dad asks me.
"He's sleeping," I say smiling.
"Well let's eat and he will come down to eat later," my mother-in-law said so we started to eat and I finished early. I was feeding Abhi since he was just months old.
"I suppose you guys saved me some food," Ashwin said going downstairs while I was feeding.
"Yes it's in the oven," my mom said so Ashwin took out his portion and started eating.
"Well we're leaving, it's late," my parents say.
"Ok, I and Sivaangi are going to leave," Ashwin said hugging me so we said goodbye to my parents and my mother-in-law, and Sahana.
"Sivaangi, thank you again," my mother-in-law said hugging me.
"It's nothing, if anything calls me," I say smiling.
"Amma, you are going to come back right," Abhi said hugging.
"Yes, and I'm going to ask your sister to video call me every day. I will also come and meet you every weekend," I say hugging him tightly trying to control my tears.
"Well, we are going," Ashwin said so we say goodbye to everyone and we get in the car.
"Tomorrow you are going out with the girls," he asks me.
"Yes, we have many things to talk about," I say smiling.
"And am I in those topics of conversation," he asks me.
