Chapter 14

~ Kamryn ~

I woke up the next morning with the sun shining in my face; I untangled myself from Shawn and went to have a shower.

After my shower I chucked on a pair of tracksuits and an oversized white shirt, I just left my wet hair hanging limply on my shoulders and left the bathroom not really in the mood to make myself presentable.

Shawn was awake and sitting on the bed on his phone, I jumped on the bed making him jump and started to laugh as Shawn pouted.

"Don't be mean" Shawn said in a baby voice.

"What? You gotta admit that was pretty funny," I said laughing at the thought, eventually Shawn started to laugh too.

"Do you want to head down stairs and get some breakfast?" Shawn asked after we sat on our phones for about 5 minutes. I nodded and jumped up off the bed pulling Shawn with me too.

"Wow your strong" Shawn exclaimed.

"Why are you so surprised you would have had to know that I was stronger then you?" I said smirking, Shawn raised his eyebrows.

"In your dreams" he whispered in my ear. I blushed bright red and looked away walking over to the door.

"Nope, in your dreams" I throw over my shoulder before slamming the door in his face. I hear a grunt form the other side of the door and giggle as I make my way downstairs.

As I approached the kitchen I heard whispering from the kitchen, I ignored it and walked in.

Wrong choice.

There stood the one and only Jack Gilinsky.

"Kamryn!" He exclaimed rushing over to me. I quickly pushed him away, I could see the hurt in his eyes and I almost felt sorry for him.

Then I remembered how much he hurt me and all the guilt was replaced with anger.

"Don't touch me, Jack" I spat with as much anger and force as I could muster.

"Please, please just let me explain" Jack said, his eyes beginning to water.

I let out a sigh and nodded turning around to walk out onto the deck.

Once we had got outside Jack pulled me into a hug, I breathed in his scent and before I knew it I was hugging him back.

We pulled apart and I noticed that Jack was crying, I reached up and wiped his tears away with my thumb.

"Listen Kamryn, I'm really sorry" he began, I sighed running my hand through my hair.

"Look, Jack I know you're sorry but that doesn't change the past, but I'm choosing to forget the past" I said finally making eye contact with Jack.

Jack furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

~ Jack ~

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion...

I can't believe it worked! Stupid slut.

She believed my apology... I must be a better actor then I thought.

"Wait so does that mean you forgive me?" I ask. Kamryn nods, I smile and pull her into a hug.

"I love you, Jack" I smirked as I heard her whisper the magic words.

"I love you too" I say back.

~ Shawn ~

I walk downstairs after getting ready and can't find Kamryn anywhere.

I see Johnson and Cam standing near the couches looking out to the deck.

"Hey, guys what are you doing?" I ask following their stares.

I see Kamryn and Jack hugging, both of them crying and whispering things to each other.

My heart shattered for the thousandth time since this trip started.

I left the boys and ran outside jumping in the car I didn't know where I was going but I couldn't stay there any longer.
