I woke up, got dressed ate breakfast and left. Pretty simple since I wasn't as nervous. I called an Uber and got in telling my driver the location. When I arrived I looked around the parking lot. Unintentionally scoping the place out looking for Y/n's jeep. It's hard to miss. I mean c'mon it's a shiny midnight blue lifted jeep. I didn't see it. I felt my mood drop a little. Maybe it's just cause she's the only person I know. Well had any sort of interaction with. I sighed and walked in. I went straight to my locker and began trying to open it. Ok Anna just like Y/n taught you. I turned the lock left then right then left again each time until I heard the small click. And soon I got it open. Yes! I put my bag in my locker and closed it.

"Hey freshman!" I heard from a distance. Y/n. I turned around and saw her jogging towards me. But she stopped to talk to a girl, they seemed close. She was tall, had dark-brown hair and a bright smile. Y/n talked to her for a second and then came over to me dragging the girl along with her.

"Freshman this is Taylor. Taylor this is... what exactly is your name?" Y/n said.

"Oh right. I'm Anna" I said.

"Cute name. Taylor this is Anna" Y/n said with a smile.

"Nice to meet you" Taylor said with a smile.

"Nice to meet you too. Uh Y/n do you think you can give me a ride again today?" I asked.

"Yea of course freshman" she said.

"You know my name yet you still call me freshman" I said.

"Yea it just works you know" she said laughing. I giggled and shook my head.

"Ok then" I said. Me Y/n and Taylor talked for a while before the bell rang. I started walking to my first period and Y/n followed.

"Uh what are you doing?" I asked.

"Oh this is my class too you know" she said.

"You weren't here yesterday?"

"Oh I skipped. I don't like this class" she said and walked in. Ok then. I walked into class and seen Y/n talking to the teacher. I laughed and sat down. I just watched as they talked. After about 2 minutes Y/n came and sat next to me.

"What was your amazing excuse?" I said nudging her shoulder.

"Excuse? I don't do excuses. I told him I skipped" she said laughing. I just shook my head. The teacher began the lesson and me and Y/n just fucked around.

For a freshman Anna sure is entertaining. I completely lied about being in this class. Well I mean she's kind of clueless I'm a sophomore she's a freshman. I mean c'mon how can a sophomore be in a freshman class? I just did my homework for my other classes that I hadn't done the day before. After the bell rang I left after telling Anna I'd see her at gym. The sophomore's gym class is combined with the freshman's so at least i wouldn't be skipping my favorite class just to keep my eye on this girl. There's just something about her. I can't quite tell what it is but there's definitely something that has me so drawn to her I'm willing to risk my grades and basketball career. After my last two periods I started making my way to the gym. Yes gym class is at the end of the day. Kinda dumb but I guess we can't do anything about it. Me and Taylor talked until we ran into Anna.

"Hey freshman" I said.

"Hey Y/n. Taylor." She said.

"Ready to get your ass kicked in dodgeball?" Taylor said. I gave her a 'you didn't' look. She smirked at me.

"We're playing dodgeball?!" Anna asked, scared.

"Yea you didn't hear?" Taylor said.

"No. We aren't playing dodgeball. That's Friday's" I said running through the gym doors. I was jogging backwards yelling to Taylor when I ran into the biggest douche of the entire school Brady.

"Watch where the fuck your going" he said.

"Chill I was yelling at my friend. I didn't mean too I'm sorry" I said.

"You're not sorry. You better watch yourself" he said.

"Or what. 'You'll call your lawyer'?" I said laughing. That's when I had instant regret. He lunged at me tackling me to the ground. What a pathetic way to start a fight. I pushed him off me and stood up. As he tried to stand up I kicked his feet out from under him and pinned him to the floor.

"I apologized and you wanted to start shit. Now leave me the fuck alone before I actually kick your ass." I said. I got up and walked away. I looked around and everyone was watching. I looked around for Anna and saw her mouth slightly open and Taylor next to her laughing her ass off. Anna came out of her daze and gave me a 'what was that for' look. I shrugged and laughed.

"Ok shows over" I said walking away from Brady.

"Round of applause Y/l/n best fight of the century" Taylor said sarcastically.

"Shut up Taylor" I said. Me Anna and Taylor just hung around until our gym teacher came in.

"Ok class today we are going to be doing some simple exercises and then with whatever time we have left you can do any physical activity" he said. Great I hate exercising. I'm fit from basketball but exercises are not my thing. Everyone groaned and we lined up our bags along the wall. We did 30x3 of jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups and some other exercises I don't pay much attention to class. Anna was super tired. Good thing this is last period.

"Ok everyone gets to choose they're own thing for the next 15 minutes. You cannot be sitting on the benches you must be doing something active. Now go ahead. Go outside play basketball soccer dodgeball run the track. I don't care what you do just be active." The gym teacher said from the stage.

"Freshman, wanna play basketball?" I said grabbing a ball dribbling it outside.

"Never played but I have nothing better to do" she said. This should be fun.

Fun is the 1069th word 😏 also you guys have been asking for Anna to be intersex but I feel like it'd make more sense if y/n was because she's presented more masculine and Anna is more feminine but idk it's up to you guys.
